My bestfriend was born huge, I've known him since I was 5 (14 years now), he's 21 now, but ever since I can remember, he's been 10x6. He doesn't have computer access very often, but he wants to know how he can increase his head size without adding alot of length/girth. Any suggestions?
 
I'll try and get a picture of him with a ruler one day when my mom isn't around. Still waitin to get my pics posted too.

HELLL NO!!!! i wouldnt tell him sh!t he is naturally big and still not happy with a 10iner guys like that shouldnt know anything about sites like this

He's happy with his length/girth, just not with his head size is all. I will get some pics eventually with a ruler.

I can understand where he's coming from. I want to make SURE I have a nice big head when I get done with Penis Enlargement. If I were born with 10x6 and a little head I'd still want to find some way to make my head bigger if I could.

I think ulis are pretty good for head size.
 
has anyone actually got a girth measurement of their head (it's hard but if you do it the EXACT same way each time you should be able to track gains) and, by doing head exercises, increased their head size?
 
Needling: lubricate penis, in a seated position and with an erection grip the bottom of the penis with your left hand, put your right hand three quarters of the way up the penis shaft below the head, using your right hand slowly push up the shaft and up towards the head of the penis. When you reach the top don´t let go, move your other hand up behind it then without letting go of the penis return to the starting position. This is one rep, ideally do nine to ten reps.
 
It's kinda funny. One of my peeves at 7.5x5 was my head was disproportionately large. Looked like a freaking lollipop. Now it's totally proportionate and the dimensions of my size makes it all look average. Like I might as well just have used a magnifying glass on the thing. That's just because of my fat pad though.

Supra slammers are a big one, but it's known to increase everything. If you really want to focus on just the head you should probably try something with more focus. Maybe get like 70% erect and jelq up to just under the head and hold it there. The longer the better. If he weren't already huge slammers would be great though.

I would think SSJ's would help a lot too, you're holding below the head and squashing so it is only really working on the shaft itself. They give me a massive pump too.
 
yeah they are effective as hell.temporary expansion is amazing actually throughourt all of these years is one of the fewest exercises i enjoy a lot

It's similar to a jelq, except that you pause at-or-near the top of the motion to keep the ballooning pressure focused into the head/glans for ten to thirty seconds per rep. (The duration depending upon how used to it you are. Beginners will probably see spotty red bruises at first and will want to limit their intensity [time/pressure] for a while.) It's not a 'jelq' (per se) because there will be far fewer reps performed, and the point and manner of those reps is not to destabilize the tissues of the shaft.

You need way higher reps (and no longpause at the top) for a normal jelq. I haven't done Ulis in years but I don't think I'd ever go higher than about twenty reps, and that would be on the high side if also watching Tv (cos it takes a while) and if I wanted to go at it harder than usual (tissue-confusion principle).

There might be a standard program for it, or even a sticky, if anyone knows where and can link it.

The point of the Uli exercise is to move the bloodfluid to the top of the penis .. and then use a high grip pressure and upward movement of that grip .. to cause a very strong expansion pressure into the glans. It's the Lollipop Move ;)

If your erection percentage goes too high it'll become self-defeating for Uli's. The erect penis shuts off its chamber outlets both up and down*, so you won't be able to manipulate a high pressure into the head anymore. Go at a medium percentage like for normal jelqs, and if you get too stiff then just stop doing anything for a bit until your percentage drops back into the workout range.

*You can add head pressure when fully erect by kegeling, and to some degree you can also do that while at the pressure-moment at the top of the Uli move, but it's really unnecessary and overkill so be careful with it .. don't pop anything important.
