Would you read a book that was an autobiogaphy but fictional. I don't want give away what the book would be about, Do you think it could work?

Sure, if it was interesting and had a good character the autobiography was about...

something like a serial killer maybe, probably like a fictional autobiography thriller/horror book. :)

im reading the coma right now by alex garland

you got it :O , If i decide to do it. Its going to about a serial killer.

I thought I was crazy to even think of this ideal. Then again maybe not. Now maybe I'll go ahead and started on it.

I think it would one of those love or hate things.

thanks guys LMAO

Read Jim Thompson's "The Killer Inside Me" or "Pop. 1250."

Hell, read anything by Jim Thompson!

i love reading fictional books in the style of autobiographies, it allows a perspective to be used, in which you can accomplish things (as in make up events) which seem personal to this person yet are unrealistic

my friend wrote a 300 page book for a literiture course, in which the character was someone on death row after stalking and murdering a family. It was really controvertial and he nearly got kicked out of his university because it contained graphical descriptions of how this man raped the women and children, then forced the father to do the same to the kids, but it was a fantastic literary read. hes written a few unpublished books, one was about a child who was so lonely he created his own fantastical world, and became blind to the events unfolding around him (the father beating the mother, the mother having an affair)

its really good stuff if not very harsh and depressing.

The best real autobiographies I have ever read were by Hunter S Thompson....The guy that "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" was based on, He was played by Depp...In a depraved region of my mind I have always wanted to live that lifestyle LMAO

BKS, you want Serial Killin' Fictional Horror Autobiographies....I have never thought WW2, Mass death, and nurse raping could be brought together with the word "Humour", but I was proved wrong when I read "Whargoul".....Unbeleivably stupid name I know, but you will never get a kick( and a laugh) out of reading again after you finish this....

http://oderus.com/whargoul.html

That page has all the pictures the author drew for the story (awesome by the way)

Click on the Happy death Head to read the book.....

If you like reading WORDS put together in sentences you wont be dissapointed, I dont like to post lame shit..... :s
Please correct me if I'm wrong
