Hi guys, new member here!

I came across an interesting post by a retired Urologist that suggested, a direct correlation between gains and how much your balls hang. He suggested that guys with low hung balls, have looser/ softer ligaments and are therefore more likely to see gains through a manual Penis Enlargement routine. Conversely, guys with balls close to the body, demonstrate tight ligs and are going to find it hard to gain.

Interesting poll could develop from this theory, to discount or prove it. Suggest new statistic along with Girth and Length measurements "bone pressed ball hang". If this guy is right, the biggest gains will be the guys with the biggest "BPBH"!

This is a interesting concept. Do you have the original article?

I am desperately trying to find the original article - will return with link if I find it.

Here is the original article DLD -

“Hello everyone:

I have been a guest to this forum for a few weeks and feel that I can no longer be a true contribution to it,mainly because I have no self experience with jelq or stretching as I never tried it.

I also realize that I might really be too old for this new way of talking online with eachother. I am more into the oldfashioned way of letter writing where people still have real names, faces and addresses.

I said right from the start that I don't want to be the Urologist of the forum as I was retired for many years. Nevertheless I keep receiving e-mails asking me for medical advice and tricks.

Here is what I want to say before I go:

1. Anyone with serious health problems or with erectile dysfunctions should not look for online doctors, but see a real-life physician. Nothing can replace a visit at your doctor.

2. Many of you were especially interested about what I have written to Jamie about the ligament length and the op to remove it. I will give you a final response to that issue, hoping most answers will be given with that:
: Having a long and soft pubic ligament will increase every stretching success. There is one trick to find out about the quality of you own pubic ligament bands.
Take a look at your testicles. They hang on bands of tissue that is made of the same material and usually of the same quality as the pubic ligaments. When you see that your testicles seem to be very tied on your body and they never really hang, you can be sure to have them attached on short bands with a strong tissue. Other men find their testicles hanging very low almost all the time( unless after bathing in ice cold water),and they have them attached to long bands with a softer tissue quality.

It is not proven but in my opinion a fact that if the testicles hang on those short bands, you can be pretty sure to find the same built and quality of tissue in the pubic ligaments.

If you do have very short ligaments, you will be likely to achieve no results with weights or jelq. The pubic ligament is extremely strong and resistent and in my opinion not possible to be stretched permanently. If your ligaments are softer and longer, you will be able to apply most of the stretching force directly to the penis, without wasting the effort to the ligament, that doesn't respond to it anyway.

This explains why some people achieve results very quickly, while others have no success at all.

Removing the ligaments with surgery is costly and usually gives you pain for at least a week after the op. The result is not really a lengthening but rather a lower hanging penis. With the removed ligaments, however, you will be likely to achieve results with weight hanging, because all the weight will hang on the penis only, without being supported by the very strong tissue of the pubic ligaments.

Another way to check the length of you ligaments is this: lay down on your back and look what happens to your penis. If it flips around and lays on the side or even points towards your face,it indicates very short ligament bands. If is lays right between your legs, pointing downwards, that indicates long bands, because when you lay down the bands pull the penis towards your body.

The pubic ligaments decide whether your stretching effort will be successful or not, because the penis itself is very stretchable and made of soft bands and tissues only, that will resond to every stretching force that is applied for a longer period of time.

Once again,to quit smoking should be the very first thing you do,to start your training.

Finally I want to encourage everybody to take a look at your overall condition and not to be focused on your penis size too much.

I wish all of you good luck and good health, and may you achieve the goals you have set for yourself to reach.

Good Bye, with greetings, The Oldest”

Very, very good read. Interesting.. Many thanks for the article!

The only problem is that your "balls" are not connected by ligaments. A little ball stretching and you can go from an inch hang to several in a few months.

Good point MDC – however if we look at what this guy is saying a little further.

He is stating that suspensory tissues in the balls is intrinsically similar tissue to the pubic ligaments. In this article, we can assume there is an economy of words to get his point across, but underpinned with professional resolve, conviction and anatomical first hand experience of these tissues.

Bearing the above in mind, it would be fair to say that this guy has established from years of practice a pattern or relationship between “ball-hang” and “pubic ligaments” with respect to tissue extendibility and elasticity giving credence to this correlation as a bencHydromaxark for potential gains.

Taking this further, a guy with no Penis Enlargement experience could potentially ascertain his ability to stretch his ligaments by using his ball hang as a bencHydromaxark. It could also be a marker, along with “LOT” angle, of what kind of exercises should be undertaken to best achieve gains – for example, a tight ball hang would indicate, exercises of high intensity being required as this is a marker of tough/ tight tissues.

It has an interesting ring to it, and I am sure that a lot of Penis Enlargement’ers could prove it or discount it, by their own hard won and tested field experiences/ results.

Good read.
I lay on my back and I got a 7 O'Clock reading.
Pointed nearly straight down, so I have ligaments that are for Penis Enlargement according to him.
I also have long balls [skin to them ya know] anyone from Pride Penis will know I CAN NOT do the lazy ass stretch as my balls KILL so much I vomit at times as they get trapped no matter what I do.

I think it could be right this theory, as the guy is an expert in his field.
He isnt saying they are the same [testicle tissue and the lig tissue] in strengh but marely they are similer material.
I can give another example > hair and nails are both made of the same material, yet one is stronger than the other.
[Not a great example] but I am just saying that even tho' they are the similer materials they can still be alot of truth in this with gains, just cos balls go really long from streching doesnt mean that the ligs will etc etc, but who knows yet?

Good read , MANY THANKS for posting this.

Other than the Vas Deferens, nerves, and blood vessels, there is no "suspensory" tissue related to the testicles that I know anything about. The skin contracting and expanding is what keeps them close to your body or not.

I had a vasectomy early this year, and I did ask the urologist why the diagrams he had were so simple. It's becaue there really isn't anything other than the three things I mentioned, plus the skin, that's holding them.

So unless the length of the Vas Deferens is a Penis Enlargement determining factor, there's nothing to this "article" since there really aren't any "short bands" that it speaks of.

edit: spelling

No disrespect MDC but I am gunna go with the PRO on this.
He has much more experience on this than you.

Maybe someone should focus on what causes the testicles to ride high or low, and then consider whether there's any correlation between that and ligament length. How high your balls are is related to the blood flow in and how much skin your scrotum has.

So, you have to believe that blood flow or amount of skin is directly related to how long the ligaments attaching the penis are. The "pro" is just speculating since he has no recent experience in medicine, and who knows how much with Penis Enlargement from what he said.

From the website:
General Practice Notebook - a UK medical encyclopaedia on the world wide web

Cremaster muscle (anatomy)

The cremaster is a muscle covering the spermatic cord and testes. It is a derivative of the internal oblique muscle as the spermatic cord passes from the abdomen to the scrotum.

It originates from the muscle fibres beyond the level of the deep ring of the inguinal canal. It forms the middle covering layer of the spermatic cord as it passes through the canal and distally to the tunica vaginalis.

Cremaster acts to retract the testes. This functions to keep the testes warm and protect from injury. The cremasteric reflex is a clinical test of the muscle.

It is innervated by the genital branch (L2) of the genitofemoral nerve (L1,2).

Just Greeeeaaaaat! My balls are practically clinging onto my body for dear life. Just great.

Thanks dewey for looking that up. Here's a link with diagrams showing what's down there. Testicle height is controlled by the scrotum and this unusual cremaster muscle.

I still don't see any reasonable relation to suspensory ligament strength/length.

Damn, this might be true in my case. I mean I have really low hanging gonads and I have made crazy nice gains.

DLD I am trying to catch up with you, its pretty bad when your BSL is longer than your FSL!!! I would love that!!

Yeah it's crazy. My Father has huge balls too.

I think this theory is sound, I know I have really strong ligs in my cock and balls casue MY balls sometime do not want to hang after all the BE that I Do!! Oh well!! More Be!!
