Its important that users try to do this exercise bundled eventually as the internal stretch to the tunica is awesome but if your new and fresh, start out without bundles to get a feel for the exericse and practice good form. I'm also going to draw a new illustration of the exercise in the power assist and upload it here.
 
I have been doing the exercise for about 3 days now and i was wondering what is the accurate reps and sets should be done? i have been doing 12-30 second pulls?:(
 
Red, I have been trying to mimic this exercise with the Length Master. First of I dismount the power assist obviously, and I put my dick in the hole. Then while stil standing up I put the hanging device on and twist it. I then put the power assist BTC(which is a lot easier if you squat) and I sit on top of the power assist but with the hanging device still over the edge of the toilet seat. Now you might have som skin behind the power assist and the hanging device, just pull your scrotum so their won't be any. At last place both hands on the hanging device and roll it backwards (towards you).

This hurts like hell on my dick, in a good way though. As I'm not that experienced I really can't tell what this is hitting, I'll leave that to you Red or anyone really, with a length master.
 
I tried it lastnight and found it was really good but I have to get the skin issue sorted out when I'm in the bundle, as you mention yourself.

Did you bundle? if you do that, let me know if you have issues in this exercise with the screws to the attachment poking you in the stomach, which is what I had.

Overall from my test of this exercise it went rather well but I will keep practicing on the bundles to makesure the skin is sorted out and the intensity is the right amount.

Once the attachment is setup correctly this will rock. I held the stretch in this exericse non-stop for 10 minutes bundled and could have gone longer but circulation issues prevented me and that was common sense not linked to the device, that wanted to keep going so the weak linke was the circulation.
 
I did bundle yes and without problems. If I understand your problem correctly, wouldn't it be solved if you'd just either add og give up on the last 180 degree twist so that the screws will be facing the ground before you're pulling it backwards. Or you could just put the hanging device on reversed to how you used to do it, again turning the screws away from your stomach?

Sorry if that wasn't the problem, but I'm having a hard time imagening it as I didn't have any problems.

Weird thing - The first time i used the LM I could do two 360 twists. Since then I somehow can only manage to do one. Nothing has changed really, so I can't figure out what the hell happened since? Maybe I was semi erect the first time, so there was more penis to bundle? :)

I did this exercise again last night and i tried doing a 180 twist more than I initially thought was impossible. It did hurt just doing that bundle so when doing the exercise... I almost cried man! :) When I'm done with it I notice that it has left a mark sort of downwards where the power assist as if there were a tiny little curve like an inch from the base. Did that happen to you to? Anything to worry about?
 
This should help anyone not sure how the bundle looks or should be on this variation. Its myself performing this stretch in the standard 2nd Gen Power Assist.
Bundled 3 times, you should aim for 1 and work towards as many you feel works best for you. I suggest everyone works towards a 2.

Hi guys,,nice to read through your experiences. I have been hanging for some time with a BIB hanger and left it as I did not get much gains. Then I have started using the Jelq device and have got some girth gains with a big head. However, I have interest in getting length gains. Could someo one direct me to Power Assist? Thanks in advance.
