This morning while I was jelqing I had a few large drops of bright red blood come out of my penis. I have only been jelqing about once every two weeks but have been doing bundled stretching daily. Has never happened before. Have been doing Penis Enlargement for 15 months. No blood in urine and not really sore.

Any help or comments would be appreciated. Thanks

Hmm thats werid? You only Jelq once every two weeks?

Hey,

I was just experiencing almost the same as you. I talked to SWM about it and it may be something in the lines of that when you take a break it can weaken your your penis and now when you suddenly do jelqing and shock it the capillaries burst. I don't see that it's anything to worry about. The penis will adapt to it. Just don't proceed if there's blood coming out all the time. Usually it's just in the beginning then there's no more. Just avoid if there's any pain.

Cheers
Hangh

Yes lately I have been experimenting with working on length only. Used to jelq every day.

Well stretching puts pressure on the head too, To some extent. So maybe it's because you stopped jelqing and started stretching only? :)

Yes Supra. Just stretching except I might jelq once every two weeks.

Hangh- Thanks for the comment. Makes me feel a little better.

Supra- Appreciate the comment. Did not really want to go to the doctor but it is a little scary since it has never happened before.

Hangh mentioned it had happened to him also so maybe it is nothing serious.

As long as youre not seeing profuse bleeding...or the bleeding doesnt stop...I'd say no worries. You should start your girth work with at least 5 minutes of warm up exercise. I dont mean a "hot wrap" either. That's not warming up the tissues as effectively as say half erect jelqing with a moderate intensity level will. By warming up the tissues, youre getting the blood moving and into the tissues before you begin the more intense work. This keeps me from getting the bleeding. Also, by only jelqing or doing girth work once every couple weeks, you are most likely giving your penis way too much time to get used to not being under the stresses from the girth work. There can be such a thing as 'too much' recovery time. The more time off in between intense exercises, the weaker your tissues become before the next time you exercise them. The weaker they are...the more likely you are to see bleeding, or other more serious injuries.

Would you work your ass off in the gym to get your squat up to 400lbs....then take 3 months off and expect to get right back in there and squat 400lbs?? Hell no, you'd probably end up with a torn muscle or worse right? Similar concept.

Still- You are right. Thanks for the advice.

I have been doing this for a few months now with no problems so I thought it would be ok. I wasn't really jelqing that intense.

Thanks for all of your replies. Makes me feel better to know that this has happened to others. I had never heard of this so when it happened I was afraid it might be something more serious.

My Penis has bled before, dont worry about it man. I used to jelq really intense for weeks, then i quit to give it a break and to heal the red dots. When i returned and did my first few jelqs after weeks of no more jelqing it felt really amazing like the penis was really being worked good, but then it bled like it couldnt take it. I just let it heal bu doing no more jelqs for some weeks then start again but jelqs less reps, i still kept my intenseity though.

Executioner- Sorry fo the delayed response. For some reason I have not been able to access this site since last week. It would not load.

My bleeding came through the head. Is this what happened to you or was it on the outside from abrasion?

Same question for Hangh and Stillwantmore if they happen to read this.
