"Blasters"
#1
Hey all

I've been doing DLD blasters for the past several days. However, after doing them, I have a bruise circle around where I grip (below the glans) Is this normal? Also, I seem to be feeling the stretch more around the middle of my penis rather than the base (ligaments) Am I doing it right? Thanks in advance

You shouldn't be bruising yourself at all. It sounds to me that you are gripping too tight. Try using a bit more baby powder to help indrease the non slip factor when you grip yourself, you should be able to still get a good grip with less pressure. If your still having problems try using a dry wash cloth to grip with, or if you golf some guys use their leather golf glove to grip. One of these suggestions should help you. As far as feeling the lig stretch is concerned it is normal to feel it midshaft. If you want to feel it more at the base just move your grip down the shaft towards the pubic bone. Another good idea is to warm up to the blasters by doing the basic stretch routine in phase 1, and don't forget to do the 50 basic jelq warmup as well. Warming up like this helps loosen up the ligs and tunica and helps to increase the effectiveness of the blaster routine.
