hi yall this place is great thought id share my routine with you

15 min balloon (edging)
20 min slow intence jelqs
15 min balloon (edging)

stretching 20 min
a arm streches

hope fullly anlong with my FR im doing it will bring to my goal of 8x6
i might start to do some hanging but i am holding out for a bit to see if i hit a plateu first

and may you all hit your goals :)

ok time to change that old routine my ocd is kicking in rofl

1 hr clamping twice aday every 15 min take of the clamp edge and reaply
this girth work is every other day
1 hour streching every night
