Hi guys. :)

I started with DLD's newbie routine about two weeks ago (with one involuntary rest day). Today was day 16.

Started with Penis Enlargement in April 2000, but quit because of time constraints after 4 months. But now I'm back in action! My starting sizes at that time were 15.4 cm (6.06") ELBP and 12.8 cm (5.04") EG. After the four Penis Enlargement-months of a routine consisting of 25 minute-stretching and 300 wet jelqs (adding amount each week), it grew to 18.5 cm ELBP and 13.2 cm EG. But those measurements were "cheated" with my pelvis (read below). But I know I had grown.

Silly me didn't measure NBP consistently at that time, but I do remember I was up at 16.5 cm with the pelvis thing. =)

I have realized that throughout the history of my Penis Enlargement career, I have measured wrongly. It came to my mind that I have always pushed my pelvis out when measuring, thus resulting in a longer measurement, especially when measuring NBP-length . D'oh! So now I'm really not sure how much I have gained. Although not logical, I get longer measurements in BP when I do this too. So the only thing I can go by is bone-pressed flaccid stretch . It doesn't seem to matter how I stand when measuring this one. This measurement has gone from 18.3 cm (7.2") to 19.2 cm (7.56"), and I assume this is a nice step in the right direction.

I snapped some pictures yesterday, and I’ll be posting them in the Picture Proof-section. I had taken pictures before I started the newbie routine, yet I lost them when the C-drive of my computer crashed. >.<

So now, I have started all over again with new starting measurements. This time, no cheating with my pelvis. All measurements are taken with a straight back. So, the new ones (as of July 12, 2004) are:

Flaccid Length BP: 12 cm (4.72”)
Flaccid Length NBP: 9.5 cm (3.74”)
Flaccid Stretched Length BP: 19.2 cm (7.56”) (growth from 18.3 cm (7.2”))
Flaccid Girth: 11 cm (4.33”)
Erect Length BP: 18.5 cm (7.28”)
Erect Length NBP: 14.9 cm (5.86”)
Erect Length NBP with tape measure instead of ruler: 15.2 cm (5.98”)
Erect Girth Base: 14.4 cm (5.66”)
Erect Girth Midshaft: 13.4 cm (5.28”)
Erect Girth Just Behind Head: 11.7 cm (4.6”)
Erect Girth Head: 12 cm (4.72”)

Also, throwing in my weight and waist measurements (measured at navel):

Morning Weight (July 12, 2004): 100.6 kgs (about 222 lbs)
Waist: Varies from 104-106 cm (40,94” – 41.73”), depending on time of day.

Have gone down from a morning weight of 106.5 kg (about 235 lbs), so far so good. =) I haven’t noticed any decrease of waist though, but my pants do feel more loose. :) I need to get rid of excess fat, as you will see in the Picture Proof-section.

Penis Enlargement log and routine:

My routine is basically DLD’s Newbie Routine, as I stated earlier. I start with 5 minutes of warming up with heating pad before stretching and jelqing. I also warm down with the heating pad after stretching and jelqing. Stretches are always done in the morning, and jelqs usually at night, or when I have privacy. If I jelq daytime, it’s dry jelqs because I need to be able to pull my pants up real quick without mess if someone would interfere. (I’m unemployed and live at home with no door on the lock). If nighttime, I do wet jelqs. I’m still trying to figure out which are best, dry or wet. I like the hang I get from wet, but I also like the no-mess dry-jelq. =) After stretching and jelqing, I listen to a hypnosis session. After that I usually do 100 1-second PC-clamps, followed by one 60-second PC-clamp.

Blew load as I was to take new measurements. (I had trouble keeping it up at the time, resulting in much manual stimulation). Took a rest and did 300 2-second dry jelqs. It was too late for hypnosis and I needed to sleep, so no hypnosis. (This was night time, and I didn’t want to mess with lube, so I went with dry jelqs).

That's great DLD, you are very committed to us members . I am one who appreciates it a lot. :) Updating a bit early, will measure tomorrow as planned though.

I feel that a great change has occured, not only has my erections become stronger of the jelqing and the squeezes, it's looking much bigger, at least my head. :) The foreskin stretching that Yves and Kong suggested is working well as well. It feels as if it is stretching along nicely. It's impressive to see how enormously strong the foreskin and scar tissue is.. I get "grooves" in my fingers after a five minute set. =) Anyway, here's the rest of the log of my third week.

Well, I said that it looked bigger, but I wasn't expecting these results after my third week of Penis Enlargement. So, between the second and third week of Penis Enlargement, I gained:

Flaccid Length BP: 13 cm (5.12”), a gain of 1 cm
Flaccid Length NBP: 10 cm (3.94”), a gain of 0.5 cm
Flaccid Stretched Length BP: 19.6 cm (7.72”), a gain of 0.4 cm
Flaccid Girth: 11.4 cm (4.49”), a gain of 0.4 cm
Erect Length BP: 18.9 cm (7.44”), a gain of 0.4 cm
Erect Length NBP: 15.3 cm (6.02”), a gain of 0.4 cm (broke the 6" NBP barrier!)
Erect Length NBP with tape measure instead of ruler: 15.6 cm (6.14”), a gain of 0.4 cm
Erect Girth Base: 14.6 cm (5.75”), a gain of 0.2 cm
Erect Girth Midshaft: 13.5 cm (5.31”), a gain of 0.1 cm.
Erect Girth Just Behind Head: 12 cm (4.72”), a gain of 0.3 cm
Erect Girth Head: 13 cm (5.12”), a whopping gain of 1 cm. =)

All I have to say is wow. I have no idea how this has happened in one week.. the two weeks before have something to do with it as well. Maybe some gains are from yesterday's session. Combining physical Penis Enlargement with hypnosis seems to be working well, I have never got these kind of gains this fast. :-O I like the fact that all erect measurements are consistent, all have had a gain of 0.4 cm. That's good, because I haven't lost much weight since last week (weighing in at 100.2 today instead of 100.6, and waist is not much smaller), so the gains must be from Penis Enlargement. =)

I'm a happy camper at the moment. Today I'll be taking a well needed rest day, but I'll do foreskin widening and hypnosis. :)
