still, I ordered my Bib starter and my kids are going back to school in just 19 days. I will start out slow, but work up steadily. I think hanging will do it for me. I have tough ligs & I think they need stressed over time. 25 lbs of pulling for 5 minutes ain't the same as 5 lbs of hanging for 25 minutes (of course, I plan on working up to far more than 5 lbs, & much more than 25 minutes - but just giving an example). Realistically, I could have up to 2 hours in the early a.m., and maybe about an hour or so at night, when everyone's in bed - but that is kinda risky, unless I do it very late. Either way, I'm expecting to work up to at least 15-20 hours per week....I want 8.5" with just a soft bp (not digging it in like mad).

Anyway, I would say ya made a GREAT choice getting a hanger . I too have the hard lig thing, and I am gaining SLOWLY but better with hanging . I use my own device, just read ma diary for more.
Anyway, I'd just like to say that ya dont need to do loads of hanging ...like 2 hours aday. 20/30 minutes aday is fine as long as thw weight is high. I use 10lbs and do 20 mins each day both Tunicae and Lig work. I am gaining, I feel like I had a good one afterwards. I make sure ma routine is VERY HARDCORE, I use extreme angles of attack on the ligs'/tunicae that I have never seen used before, I also use the Reverse Kegel which gets the Ligs pulled out more to their max which I also never seen used before with hanging .
