Is the bib started kit still for sale?

Kit?

Here is the starter on bibs site: http://www.bibhanger.com/order.htm
Weights: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Gold-s-Gym-Pair-of-20-lb-Adjustable-Ankle-Weights/21672516

Then all you really need is a utility pulley and some paracord or just paracord for SD hanging.
Can use a screw hook to mount under your desk for SO and SO variation hanging.
Can also build a PVC type setup for SU, fulcrum and BTC hanging. You don't need to cement the PVC and you can break this down(via sectioning) for storage purposes.

Hey I ordered my hanger, got the wrong ace wrap... Would you mind telling us what exactly that ace wrap is called, as well as exactly.. .where?
It's just the Ace brand self adhering bandage wrap. You can get it at nearly any grocery store's medical section or any drug store.

What do you mean? Do you save it on your PC or just open and play it? I downloaded it a 5-6 months ago and I had no problem...

Edit PS: I just downloaded it and played it. I have no problem doing so... try again. :)

Ah what a classic video. Outdated with an outdated hanger design, but classic.

i guess most all inventions get to the point that they become outdated.

To the point where I believe all constriction based hangers are outdated... :)

I don't know about that. I've yet to see legit proof a vac hanger can handle anywhere near the same weight levels.

Right...I imagine they can't do heavy weight without a lot of fluid build up unless the person is doing very short sessions. that'll be a lot of vacuum pressure when someone tries hanging 25+ lbs. This is just speculation since nobody has shown it yet and my experience with the PF at HIGH tension

You're right. The few men who claim to be able to use over 15lbs for long periods (hour+), seem to have a vested interest in these vac hangers. The subject of blistering on the glans is scooted around or swept under the proverbial carpet.

I think there is a place for both, I see hanging as I do heavy stretching, a more active exercise to break down tissue while I see vacuum work as more of a passive gaining exercise to cement results.

Any chance this could be un stuck? I don't wrap the way shown now. I've improved it and don't share the method shown in the video anymore either.

yeah it is one of those things that will never have proof. we wont see a video of someone vac hanging heavy weights every. but i like the idea of moderate weight for multiple hours. 12-15 lbs for 2-4 hours would be great. 15 lbs may be right on the edge of a visit to "blister city".

I have been hanging for about a week currently doing three sets of two pounds 5 days of the week.

I have a problem correctly attaching the BIB starter hanger and it's starting to be frustrating. My penis is only 5.5 when erect and I suspect the difficulty in attaching it correctly is due to my size, girth which is around 5. Once I start tightening no matter what I do my glands will turn, I try holding my glands in place and turning as I tightened but it gets to a point in tightening in which it either goes left or right, I simply can't center it. The best I can get is about a 45 degree angle from centered..

Is there any tips or possibly some sort of setting in the hanger to prevent this?

-Let the hanger so: \ o / (bottom two screws).
-at least 0.5 cm after the gland crown.
-Hold to forward while pressing.
-o hanger have to stay near the middle of the shaft.
Check your wharping, it may be wrong.

You can go to the forum bib ...
It he will give you better support ....

My English is horrible

The "Starter" is notorious (with honest men) for problems like this. The gel liner is usually the cause. It's like trying to get a kung fu grip on an erect penis in a lubricated condom. Slippage city. You can either rip out the gel liner and use the hanger without it, or upgrade to a better hanger. You'll need a better hanger once you get to over 15lbs anyway. The Starter isn't comfortable past that weight. BIB knows that though. Hence the names of his hangers. It's a ploy to keep you coming back for more hangers.

Do you need to remove the wrapping & wrap again EVERY 20 minutes?!? Or do you just keep the wrap on & remove the hanger every 20 minutes then put it back on??
