Whats everyone think here? I've been wondering about this. Would it be better to only do your kegels when you stretch ...like you would do with the Blasters or better to kegel more often? The reason I'm wondering about this is my PC muscles are already pretty strong in my opinion. To do kegels more frequently would seem to only make them stronger. I'm not interested in being "multi orgasmic", if I want to last longer than one orgasm, I have Viagra. The purpose behind doing the "blasters" when stretching is to fatigue the PC muscles so there is less resistance from them. If you have very strong PCs because you kegel very frequently...wouldnt it take more effort with the "blasters" to fatigue them? So, why not just do the kegels when you do your "blasters" to keep from over developing the PCs...assuming it is possible to over develop them and make them so strong that they interfere with your potential for gains?
