Whats everyone think here? I've been wondering about this. Would it be better to only do your kegels when you stretch ...like you would do with the Blasters or better to kegel more often? The reason I'm wondering about this is my PC muscles are already pretty strong in my opinion. To do kegels more frequently would seem to only make them stronger. I'm not interested in being "multi orgasmic", if I want to last longer than one orgasm, I have Viagra. The purpose behind doing the "blasters" when stretching is to fatigue the PC muscles so there is less resistance from them. If you have very strong PCs because you kegel very frequently...wouldnt it take more effort with the "blasters" to fatigue them? So, why not just do the kegels when you do your "blasters" to keep from over developing the PCs...assuming it is possible to over develop them and make them so strong that they interfere with your potential for gains?

I do over 1k kegals a day and I still can get fatigued in time for my stretches .

All I do is hold a kegal until failure before I start my stretching session. That's it and it works...at least for me it does.

Well achieving fatigue in the ligs aides stretches by allowing more force to be placed on the ligs instead of the pc muscle.

That's exactly how I feel, and it's been something I've been thinking about recently myself.
I came to Penis Enlargement because of mild-medium E.D., and kegels certainly did much to cure it. But I would caution against going overboard on the kegels. If your PC becomes like iron, it may indeed interfere with future length gains. So, I'm presently doing kegels only when I do Blasters, and I'll do an occasional kegel while doing other Penis Enlargement, if I start to get more flaccid than I want to be - but I no longer do separate kegel routines, only when I need to, thats all.

Thanks Still. I had not considered this, but it seems obvious to me now that you have mentioned it. Surely I am getting plenty of Kegel work during DLD Blasters anyway!
