Hi,
Ive been coming to these forums for a long time. I love it!

I have a question for all the members.

Im a busy professional that does not have a lot of free time.

I can do maybe 2 hours a day MAX for PE’ing these days.

What do you guys suggest a great routine for someone with limited time that can’t do this all day?

What exercises have you guys found to have the best gains and what routine do you guys suggest for me with my limited time.


currently I hang for 1 hour in the morning
pump for 20 mins- then 20 mins of clamping

i do own a length master as well

jelqs and edging. work on your uli try to get lots of expansion. maybe save up for a bathmate if you want to go super saiyen
 
im fucking tired today,but i was supposed to start my routine about an hour ago,but i ahve been seated checking the forums and listening to music...have to get up early tommorrow,.i will just use the PF today:p

2 hours everyday is a fantastic change to make gains..!! he will get great gains!!

If you are just sitting there strap on the Phallosan and get some stretching in!
 
Thank you guys. I got a bathmats a while back and didn't like it much. wasn't really for me and didn't notice much from it.

What do you guys think are the best manual exercises for girth and length?

I do plan on getting an ADS soon. too many of them are so bulky. you can't wear fitted jeans wearing that.

Yep thats what i do when i go to bed,while im seated checking the forums:cool: GAINS!! GAINS!!
 
I wear fitted jeans often so wrapping and cock rings are the only way to go when out in public.

Also you can get away with doing manual stretches throughout the day during toilet breaks providing nobody is timing or observing you.

At home, 2 hours is enough time for manual stretching followed by strapping into an extender. Always do manual stretching before strapping in for max effect (DLD's SRT theory makes sense).

All this is assuming that length is your #1 priority... extra girth can come as a side effect anyway, it just won't be as obvious.
 
Oh yeah, just to add: Get hard as often as possible and stretch that boner when erect! If you wake up in the middle of the night with a hard on, stretch that fucker till you fall asleep again.
 
I personally would go with what acromegaly said. Jelqs, ulis, and edging along with a bathmate and cock ring for a hour afterwards. I also would try to do some stretches and wrap afterwards. If you have privacy and time for a bath during the day then get a bathmate and do some bathmate stretches as well.
 
For length there is no time needed in the sense that you could use the Phallosan, SizeGenetics or the PeniMasterPro with no effort on your behalf. Strap in and let it do the length work for you. As far as girth goes there needs to be a timely effort in some capacity. Since you have a BathMate I would shoot for the 5x5x3 workout, very safe and very effective.

2 hours is enough time to train length and girth daily. You can use 40 mins to do two 20 mins length master sessions. And the remaining 1 hour, you can do the 5x5x3 SRT routine for girth. You have all the time in the world brother. Two hours is more than enough.
