Ok, so I've been trying out a few things with the LM, and I'm really enjoying all that I can get out of it, but, even though I'm getting a fantastic stretch from doing Bluewhale stretches and the bundled stretches as well, even behind the cheeks, I thought I was leaving my ligs alone for the most part, and not getting stretched to my full potential. I read Redzulu's Lexington Stretch, and I figured, that since the LM already has an attachment similar to the structure of the PowerAssist, what would happen if we put the strength of the Lexington Stretch, along with the hanging utility of the LM?
I tried this, and I couldnt even hold it for that long, since the burn of the stretch was so intense.

Ok, so heres how it goes, and all you need is the LM for this.

1. Remove the handle/circle structure from the LM, leaving only the hanging attachment by itself.

2. Stick yo' dick through the circle on the LM. (this part is kinda tricky unless you have an awesome flaccid hang, which is something I still need to work heavily on :/ )

3. Attach the hanging attachment to your penis.

4. While pulling your penis outward with the hanger, take one handle of the Powerassist structure and put it under your leg, then press the circle up against the base of your penis. Keep one hand on the part of the PA that is up above your leg, then pull your penis against the PA like it was the __________ stretch.

Another thing you can do with this, to stretch other ligs, is to place the PA in different places, like with both handles under your legs, and pulling up on the LM hanger, or, the PA handles on top of your legs, and then pulling down with the LM hanger. Basically, all of the exercises that DLD offered with the basic Powerassist can be used here, ESPenis EnlargementCIALLY the A and V Stretch, and the Lexington Stretch.

With this technique, you get the ability to hold onto your dick better with the hanger, and you also get the amazing stretch with it. The thing that had been affecting me, was that my grip was too weak to get a decent stretch out of my ligs, so the hanger attachment on the LM saved my ass.

I'll try to draw a picture in case anyone is having trouble visualizing this.

So, should I give this a name? :D

Now this is some creative modifications! very cool. The hanging A-Stretch looks killer, I am on that tonight. Great work.

I just did the A-stretch on this one for about 20 minutes, using a sock in the place of a weight with my foot to pull down on the sock, and wooooooowww. Massive burn, awesome flaccid hang afterward.

I really should measure the before and after flaccid hang. A 6 inch hang would be awesome.
 
I really think you are on to something here...That A-Stretch is MEAN and will HAVE TO PRODUCE GAINS!

I can see that! Maybe, if I get the time, I will re-illustrate your drawings for better clarity.

Seeing a video for this would have been better. I'm yet to understand it. I want an exercise to target only my right lig at least for 10 minutes daily. This will be separate from my 1 hour daily Length Master Rolls. I want to be stretching my right lig as a different routine on it's own. Time to lengthen the shorter side of my lig and that's where the curve is. I believe this will help take away the curve too.
