I don't do any manual exercises. I pump, clamp, and hang and I always have a silicone sleeve on. I have a bathmate X40 and a Vacutech pulsar electric pump that I use 5 times. I use the pulsar more bc it's more convient and easier to control low pressure for looooooong interval. I like the X40 for a nice warm up before clamping or hanging. I've gained well over an inch in length and 1/2" of girth over the last 5 or so years. I can't remember when I found this site and started this a-dick-ting journey, but I'm happy I did. My wife enjoys it too.
