i was just wondering what all of you think were your best exercises for

length:
and
girth:

post your favourite and best working exercises please :)
 
Length: DLD Blasters, DLD Sock Stretches, DLD Foot Longs. Supplemental: FastSize
Girth: Slow Squash Jelqs Supplemental: Bathmate
 
DLD i have tried looking up the DLD sock stretch and DLD footlong but it says the link is broken, anybody help me with letting me know what these exercises are ???
also all the exercises that are in the previous video updates come up with broken links

i have noticed quite a few broken links in the members area as well. perhaps they are a work in progress?
 
I think with the transition from the old forum to the new forum, some of the threads have been lost. I forgot which thread I had check on where DLD mentioned he could talk to the WeBathmateaster to resurrect some old threads. You might be able to PM him to ask if he can add some of those as stickies or something for a reference.

I've been experimenting with my new length master(awesome product BTW) and have been attaching the clip part where you can add weights on for hanging....anyway I've been clipping that onto the handle of my shower door. When clipped, I lean back slightly to add tension, than bundle using the LM one full turn. The stretch is great! After about two and a half minutes, I do another full rotation and more tension. I stop at 5 minutes, all I can take. I'm working on other exercises too. I'm thinking about putting and eye-hook in my wall so I can do this and watch TV at the same time. I will let you guys know how that goes.
