Have you ever read the book "The Game" by Neil Strauss?
It is about the art of seduction and they "underground" world of it. sili as it may sound, its an incredible book.
Anyways there is a section in the book about "disarming" these Alpha Males (the 1st type you referred to) so thats what made me what to bring up this book.
I suggest it to everyone. If anything else, it is just a fun and interesting read.

Becoming an alpha male is so much more. It is the realization that we have to take back "being a man". We have to become who we are meant to be and not that BS that modern women think they want us to be. This is about being authentic and isn't about anything else, frankly.
