I just started getting serious about Penis Enlargement's.

I am 5 1/8th Erect Bone Pressed, and 4" Girth Erect.

For the past two days, I kegel just all day throughout worn nonconciously. Before I go to bed I tunica strectch by grabbing below the glans and pulling 30 seconds up, then I do about 30 jelqs, then left 30 seconds, jelq, then right 30 seconds and jelq. I do this about 5 times overall....

Should I add anything to it or what? Thanks for any suggestions you have. I hope to be at least at 6x5 by the new year. Also, on the pull-back test (1oclock, 2oclock) it stops at 9 and 3....

This is the routine I started with and I did this one for about 8 months.

6:00 am
morning stretch 12, 60 second stretches .

7:00 am Kegles:
100 squeezes followed by a 20 sec. hold, followed by 50, 5 second holds with a 2 second release. Followed by a hold till failure.

I stretch everytime a take a piss
(about 7 times a day)so 7x4 sets of 60 second holds a day.

10:00 am
My first jelq session is 700 hard jelqs with 3 sets of ulis every 100. followed by a hot wrap for 5 minutes.

4:30 pm
I do another set of pc exercises on my drive home.

8:00 pm
I do a testicle massage and stretch before my bath in the pm. about 5 minutes.

1) I trully use Visualization and Praise to God as a large part of my routine. I know it sound wierd but it I have done it from the beginning and my routine has always given me great gains. I see my jelqing sessions as time of meditation. I close my eyes when I jelq. and picture what I want and beleive every stroke is giving me that. I have changed the picture in my mind when I feel I have reached that goal and I keep pushing myself beyond any limits. I always that God After.

Well, here I am a few weeks later and I think the ruler is broken. It says 5 7/8 x 4 3/8, weird thing :).

I've just been stretching the hell out of it, I stretch and wet jelq in the shower for about 15 minutes. Then I do stretching throughout the day, then before I go to bed I do streching (up, down, sides) and then about 100 jelqs until I fall asleep. I had 3 days off cause of a trip to Vegas, but other than that I've been keeping at it. I changed my goal to 7ebpx5.5 :), any tips?

I have been doing much heat...I haven't found a good way to do it, any suggestions?

EDIT: May I add that my only pain has been right behind the head after intense strechting and your usual spotting. Although right under the glans I've noticed some dark spots, but I think that's nothing, just never really looked at it before.

I think separate girth and length sessions are very important. From a mental standpoint sitting down and doing 300-500 jelqs in one session allows for superb concentration. I also think setting up a strict daily schedule is important. The same goes for stretching . It is important to create a steady daily habit where you dedicate that time to length . Separating the two has been very good for me. I stretch in the morning and I do girth work later in the day. I like to do this in my bathroom with the water running in the background. This helps me become very in touch with my daily goals and the serene environment does wonders for concentration.

Alright, I'm going to make some final measurements tonight so that I can try and not make some for 2 weeks to a month...I measure all the time :(.

Bone Pressed Erect: 5 7/8
Erect Girth (mid) : 4 3/8
Base Girth : 5 (this surprised me)

So, hopfully I can get to 7x5 by the end of the year.

I measured again :(, I couldn't resist.

Bone Pressed Erect: 6 1/8
Erect Girth (mid) : 4 1/2

I doubt these are cemented....but I'm fucking stoked.

EDIT: It feels like I'm almost lying, I look at my initial numbers...I don't know....this is insane.

Thanks a lot man. I keep thinking of how I gained so much in such short amount of time, I do a very spuratic routine...I don't know. I need to cement them :eek:. I need 7 x 5 by January 1, 2004!!!

I've gotta stop :eek:. I'm going to throw the ruler away :p. Hopfully I can stretch another 1"/1 1/2" out of it by the new year. I think it's time to join DLD's program.

Experimented with some new stretches yesterday....minimal soreness in my tunica, feels awesome.

I measured...I shouldn't have, but EBPL was 6 3/8. I'm going to measure this weekend again and see if that measurement stays :eek:.

I know, I know...:(

I'm going to put the ruler out in my car, so if I want to measure, I have to walk outside half nekkid with a boner :eek:.
