Hey, I'm just now trying to put together a routine and learn about all this, so please bear with me.

I had the following questions (Note that I am talking strictly about exercises without any equipment) :

1)
a) Are there any negative effects from penis length exercises?
b) If so, are they only seen in specific exercises? If yes, which ones?
c) What kind effects, if any, are usually seen?

2)
a) Are there any negative effects from penis girth exercises?
b) If so, are they only seen in specific exercises? If yes, which ones?
c) What kind effects, if any, are usually seen?

3)
a) What are the best (i.e. most effective) ways to warm up before starting the workout?
b) If possible, please provide and answer for both living alone (privacy) and alternatives for those who don't live alone (no set privacy)

4) Normally how long does it take to gain? I know this can be different for everyone, but on average what is the length per month gain?

5) Are these gains permanent, or are other exercises needed to keep these gains?

Welcome! bra PE is a hard-core sport where you need to push your limits if you want quick results.
Pain is a part of PE, but you should always avoid It. An ache is fine just be sure you can tell the difference
I always warm up ( not cook) in the hot shower.
Negative effects are weak boners, injuries, obsession, addiction, although if you train with an open heart,mind,fly you shouldn't get these.
Start with the newbie routine, dld's first routine, SRT routine; listen to dld he cares about you.
I don't want you to get hurt so be careful in your infant stage so that you have a harder, larger member like the rest of us.
 
you can also warm up by wrapping your penis up in a sock and filling a big cup of water with warm/hot water and reaply the water when the sock gets back to below warm ..... weak bonners will happen if you dont kegal i have a longer penis then before and strech hardcoore manually and have better eq now then ever ..... you can checkout my thread http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...u-know-about-injuries.html?highlight=injuries should have the answers for your injurie questions and once you acheive your desired size you have to stick to a light routine for i belive 7-10 months to cmeemnt the gains to make them perment ....... and if you give it all you got atleast 3 hours pe a day id say youd get .2 length .25 girth breaks but you can get .5length 1.0girth max in a month in my opinion but that takes more hard work anythings possible but here lemme say this would you do a routine everyday for 10-12 months straight and have 2 inch length gain and 2 inch girth :D i would cuz that hard work pays off for life am i right :D if everyone stayed commited for 1 year straight balls out slaves to their dicks everyone would get the results i know this to be true .... its more like how bad do you want it cuz if you kinda want it 2 -3 hell even 10years you really want it 6months-12 you feel me bro not everyone is committed as other are thats why most people quit cuz they dont see gains keep pushing forward if an exersice isnt working out try another trial and error but if your gigivng it your all i think almost alll if not all excersies should bring you gains espeically as you are a begginer consistancy is keen also if you have the money invest in srt just do it best thing you can do ... gotta be strong mentally to endure manuals for a long time and srt is better anyway plus the lm would replace that mental power you need cuz your probly using 75% less energy and getting as much as putting 125% :) yeah dig

You may get too long and end up spearing someone:) No, there are no negative parts of stretching, the penis is very tough and can take quite a beating. Be progressive in your stretching. Start easy and work up in intensity until you find your limits.

I would say the only time great causation should be used in stretching is when you are using the LengthMaster as this applies much greater intensity than the hands. But if you are going with hand exercises it becomes very difficult to hurt yourself.

Gains, gains and more gains if you are consistent.

Girth requires greater care than length for the reason that you are training partially to fully erect. Over doing girth exercises can cause an issue called thrombosis but this is very rare. If you follow a good routine like the Newbie Routine or SRT Routine you will be just fine.

You can pick one of the many ways to warm up from a electric heating pad to hot wraps. Even a hot shower is a good enough warm up/down.

This is up to you to pick one that will work in your situation.

Gains can be seen as quickly as a week but most notice measurable gains after a month. It is not a good thing to put a time limit on it, it is better to prepare yourself for a long term project.

Once you have gained the gains are permanent and will never go back to the smaller size. Be sure you want to be bigger before you enlarge because there is no reversing it. I have gained 4+" in length and 2" in girth and I will never lose that size.

I guess I'll have to get back to you on that since I haven't put anything together yet. Looks like I'll probably be trying out the srt routine the previous posters have referenced and go from there.

Ah yea? What's your girth session consist of after that? I guess a lm would sort of warm up your tissues; do you think adding heat would benefit you, or is ur expansion unchanged?

do you think I am talking about a BM? LM doesn't really warm up your tissues. just stretches them intensely. I've used heat before but not currently and it is beneficial. heat loosens up the penile tissue.

I use a vacuum pump for my girth sessions. i do 3 mins x 5 sets.
 
Oh cool does dld warm up anymore,or is his dick injury-proof? I would think pulling on your tissues alot does count as light warm up for girth after but idk depends if your doing light training right?
These days I warm up before stretching, and after may do some size blasters even though I'm just prodding the exercise before I completely dominate it.
What is your typical expansion?

I warm up with light stretching and jelqing to get blood flow going and from there I increase progressively in intensity till I am at 100%.
