Beginner in UK: Best erect length gain device at 50 (very fit)

Folks, I have been happy with my penis until now. I have always been 6.5" erect length and 5.5" erect circumference. And that did the job very happily.
Recently I feel that the angle of my erection started to decrease. It bothered me a bit and I started googling about it and oh boy I have discovered the whole new world of chasing massive cocks that I never knew existed. I finally landed on this site.

Need some guidance:
1. Can all these penis extenders and penis pumps work at any age or is there age limit for human anatomy?
I have been a regular gym goer and very aesthetically fit. Not an average 50 year guy you might imagine.
I am like 14% body fat with aesthetic proportions and all that. I still gain muscle size so I guess I might be able to squeeze in some gain on penis that I had never exercised other than being sexually very active.

2. I would like just a small gain like 1/2 to 1 inch in Erect length and may be 1/4 inch in Erect girth. Preference is length.
I am bewildered by several devices on this website and routines mentioned.
Also I am in UK, so can't easily order multiple times, different devices to try out from MoS Shop. So please give me a succinct shopping list.

I work full time and I am a guitarist and then I work out 5 days a week, and can't give many hours everyday just to focus on penis size.
Perhaps I can give max 30 mins to 1 hr waking hrs. If something works during sleep (like extenders) , that would be great as a combination to waking hours.

3. Is Penis Erect length gained by base ligament loosening? If base ligament loosen, then wouldn't angle of erection decrease?

I went from 170 degrees down to around 130 degrees. If you worry too much about the angles, simply focus on the penile shaft and not the ligaments or the internal muscles.

How do I focus just on shaft and not ligaments? By the look of the design, extender like SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger would focus on ligaments whereas something like Stealth stretcher would focus on the shaft. Is that right?

When you use the SiliStretcher/Stealth (extenders), traction devices, or even pumps, you only work on the penile shaft. The only way you can work on your ligaments and the anchoring deep muscle tissues is to use hanging weights or the LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging to literally tug and pull the ligaments and muscles at 0° degree (straight down) and the range of angles towards 150° between and behind the butt cheeks. This is the only way to force them to be stretched, stressed, and loosen against the natural growth and support.
 
By the way, I caught myself before questions start to arise:

When you're erected, the 0° is straight up, pointing up to your face or penile shaft touching your stomach.

When you're flaccid, the 0° is straight down.

If you follow the rotation while standing sideway, common facing righ side to the viewer, the clockwise rotation is rightward. Other countries that favor left side, well, that's counterclockwise, so you're using negative value or starting at 360°. Too confusing as is already :)

Understood. In simple terms, as we age, the erect penis points less and less upward (towards face) and instead points more and more towards horizontal. I am hating that right now and don't want to loosen the ligaments to gain length, if that means it will make the erect penis point further down towards horizontal and god forbid not below horizontal. So I will stick with the Extenders. Thanks for clarifying that all Extenders work on the shaft.

If you want to preserve the pointinf upwards, you may consider in wearing the extender upwards and sideways rather than downwards. Wearing it downward all day can put a strain on the ligaments. But wearing sideways will not put enough stresses on the penile shaft like it's downward. Sigh. Dilemma.
