Hi, I've been pe'ing constantly for about a month doing stretches and 300 jelqs a day. Before that I did jelqs sometimes but irregularly. Anyway, my main consern is girth. I need more of it. Now my girth is a little under 5"...4.9" to be exact. My lenght is somewhere between 6.6" and 7" which I think is enough since I sometimes hit my girlfriends neck of the uterus which is rather painful to her. So I don't really need lenght. But what do you recommend for a beginner who wants more girth? Should I just keep on doing jelqs for 3-4 months and then move on to really hard girth excersizes or what? Of course the faster I get more girth the better, but I don't want to risk anything. Thanks.
 
Im no pro,but I would say keep to the basics for at least another month.
 
How erect are you when you jelq? The jelq can still be a very powerful girth exercise. To crank it up a few notches you can jelq more erect like 90%+ and slow the reps way down to like 3-5 seconds per rep. Make them real slow and focused that way.
 
Stick with the jelqs a little bit and then add in some Uli's. That's pretty much the most basic girth exercise there is. You'll love the way your dick looks after a few of those.
 
Yesterday I actually tried to make harder jelqs which would be good for the girth. I did them with with a more erect penis and slower reps. I also did kegels during jelqing. I did a kegel just before I started the jelqing movement so that I pressed blood into the penis before the jelq. Maybe that helps too. Anyway, my penis was bigger than ever after that excersize. I hope it helps. I'm gonna do those for a few months and then add some ULI's as well.

You need to buy a bathmate if girth is all you crave. I'm sure by now you will like to grow your length too because you might now be with the said girl anymore. Grab the bathmate and the SRT routine. It will be beneficial for you
