I started just under 6.50" BPEL and about 5.5" MSEG...I'm currently just a shade above 8" BPEL and a solid 7" MSEG. The combination of LM and BM are the best one-two punch in the PE game

Are you able to combine the length master with bathmate on a daily basis? Please tell me how you did it without discomfort from your expansion

DLD is Right, be careful with Clamping it can be pretty Extreme, I have been Clamping for a couple of years I would say I over did it to the point I didnt gain from it, My routine now is more consistent and I have been consistantly over 6 inch Mid girth and 6.75--7 inch Base girth, I have just recently started using my Bathmate XX40 on a more consistent basis so just seeing how thats gunna go, my goal is 6.5/6.75 Inch Mid Girth and 7.5 Base Girth but regardless, everybody gains differently and Clamping needs to be approached with Caution Bro.

It Would be Nice to hear some Thoughts from RED himself but I am not sure if he has been about on these forums for a while.

I gained half an inch in a few (2 or 3?) months when I was clamping 2x daily and BM every other day

I personally like to hop in my x40 for 10 mins with cock ring then reakease keep ring on massage n helicopter then another 10 mins keeping c ring on whole time. Then i sit with heating pad on it 10-15 mins while i play playstation. Then i remove cring n use coconut oil n do some jelqs( various) about 10 mins then clamp at 100% readjusting and using fleshlight to keep it hard for 10 mins. 10 min more jelqs then 10 mins -20 mins clamp. Edge for a little maybe 3 ponr's. Full package massage with coconut oil 5-10 mins and heat down 10-15 mins with cring. I do get some FR but i just ssj or jelq it out. I do switch it up a bit and ill go for another 10 min bm session an hour or two later n use some horse squeezes. Also i use multiple small crings with one big one to rly get into the base. The temp gain is INSANE!! Hope someone tries it bm rly gets it nice n fat to start and c ring holds it in a healing state. Most important is to never turtle uf u need a break from cring massage n use some jelqs but put it back on asap. Going to test out the rope technique i forget the name.
