Haven't been active recently Just thought I would drop this question to all that have gained permanent Girth through the use of a Bathmate.

Currently pre workout I am 6.125 Mid Girth and 6.75-7 Inch Base girth, I clamp Once for 20 Minutes in the morning with 4 to 5 Clamped Bends in this Time, the Last Bend i do I use a little more force and then Clamp down to hold engorgement and leave my Penis clamped for an extra 7-10 Minutes so total workout time is around 30 Minutes.

I Do this every day pretty much and have a random day off each week, I do Have a Bathmate XX40 and have used it on occasions but never really dedicated myself to it.

My Question is this, Who has gained permanent Girth from using the Bathmate, what is your Girth now and what was the time frame in which you gained The Girth.

I dedicate myself to clamping and I am pretty happy with my Girth but want to know if there is Potential to gain extra permanent girth from the Bathmate and I will still do the same amount of Clamping but any Girth from the Bathmate would be Awesome.

My Goal is 6.5/6.75 mid girth and 7-7.5 Base girth.

Is this an unrealistic goal or achievable with what I am currently doing plus the additional help of the Bathmate?

You goal is just fine and very doable but I suggest that you use the SRT 5x5x3 routine as this will bring those gains the fastest. Men have gained in excess of 2" using the BathMate so your goals are very worthy. I wish you the best and I hope you remain involved, that helps us help you stay accountable and it also helps newbies with your success.

Thanks DLD bro i appreciate it coming from you, I am not fussed about Length thats Just a Bonus gain if anything but how many times per week would you use the Bathmate to create such gains? I am on my third consecutive Night.

I Clamp in the Morning when I wake up and it lasts around 20/30 Minutes, I am finished about 6:30 in the morning and i go to work for 8, I Get home around 6 in the evening jump in the bath and use the bathmate so there is a good 12 hours between Clamping and Using the bathmate, does this sound good to you?

This is all fine and good if you are able. I always trained daily, multiple times and I did this for years with no breaks, no days off, just 100% full steam ahead. I was able to take the training and it was much more involved than your routine so I think you will be just fine. Listen to your body!

I Cant remember my Girth before PE to be completely honest but was no more than 5.75 mid shaft and probably around 6 inch Base Max.

Have you had permanent gains from the Bathmate?

Thanks Mike I appreciate it, what would you say your Gains were from using the Bathmate? I understand you did a hell of a lot more in regards to PE but from a perspective on gaining Girth would you say Bathmate produced decent Permanent Gains?

I Have seen the Temp gains dont get me wrong but I want to make sure I am not wasting my time with the Bathmate and dedicate more time to Clamping,

I don't/haven't clamped, but The BM has increased my flaccid length/girth and my erect length/girth...adding the winemod was the game-changer for me

Hey Thanks for this Bro, what would you say your permanent girth increase has been from using the Bathmate and do you use high pressure?

I 'go at it' with as much intensity as I can tolerate (a couple of times, too much) and train 4 consecutive days a week. The VV mod allows for complete control in addition to extreme suction-power.

Damn bro congrats that is some Serious gains, you dont clamp but you say you use the Lengthmaster?

How long did it take you to reach these gains bro and how long do you use the bathmate for each time like how many sets?

Also do you train every day or Just 4 consecutive days and take 3 off?

It sounds like a good idea and I have seen men over the years claim clamping combined with pumping 'seems to' work better. BUT, I have never personally felt the desire to combine the two. I felt clamping on its own was good for me. Similar to how I have only used hanging when I have been actively hanging. I keep it simple when I train.

It'll be 3 years of consistent PE and 2.5 years of it being very aggressive (sometimes twice per day). I'll go in my BM at 75-80% for the first segment (10 minutes or so) while I do regular shower duties, then 100% for 10 or so mins. after which I'll have some FR I'll squeeze-out then another 10-15 mins. at my max while holding kegels as long as I can...feeling the expansion the whole time. I bundle and go BTC (hands free) with my LM

Combining clamping and bathmate on a daily basis will be extremely magical in terms of your gains. I have clamps but I've never used it before. Really want to give this a try.
