anybody having issues with the hand ball pump without the hose, in the lock postion, when pumping with the hand ball pump, air is bubbling in and you can see a loss of water, anybody expriencing that? is there a loss of pressure?

Could be a valve issue. Have you cleaned the unit?
Also, are you locking the valve as in twisting it so you can't push it before pumping? Just wanting to be sure here, that's why I ask.

The nib that you flick on the valve could be worn out, mine actually wore out a while ago, but I have other pumps to use ... ;)

I agree with Ark give it a good cleaning and see what happens. Here’s a direct link to the video showing how to do so.

After you’ve cleaned it and you’re reseating the valve be sure to have it on a flat surface and with all your might push down the gator from the top of the bathmate ensuring the valve is completely inserted.

yes the valve has been replaced, it has been washed,it is in the lock postion , i will conact bathmate direct!

Great! Let us know how it goes. I might get a replacement one day but then again I'll be upgrading to Mityvac in a while, so we shall see. It's the one part that can wear down, the valve system with the nib.
One possible solution is to replace the whole valve assembly with the Vacu-Vin cork, I've done so with one BM pump actually. (Yeah, during the years I've got several pumps and tools. :D )

Let us know if you have any issues with Bathmate and will help you with this.

I sent my x30 xtreme back to bathmate HQ ,bathmate replied and they said they will try to repair it or send a replacment ! (clap)(clap)(clap)

That’s great news! They really do honor their warranty’s so you’re going to get yourself probably a brand new pump. There’s privileges in buying through the brotherhood! ???
