Hi. I'm currently at EL of 6" and EG of 4.7-4.8" . My main goals are increasing girth to 5.5-6" or maybe 6.5" and as for length 7" . please give some suggestion bros .

As ive been using my hercules for 2 years and ive realized that when fully pumped, my base girth has reach its maximum and the gaiter will 'bite' my skin thats why im considering x40 but then it is said that the new gaiter of xtreme does not bite so im not sire if to stick with x30 or upgrade to x40
 
For your goals and starting point, the X30 is the way to go!
With girth, some issues may come later on, but those can be fought against with a cock cage mod, lubricant and of course the Vacu-Vin modification.

I'd say you surely can hit the 7" in length and 5.5 - 6" inches of girth, 6.5" is possible, but many threads have been going through for the number 6 (for sex ;) ) being good for girth.
Stay consistent with the workouts, listen to your body. Maintain a good balanced calorie intake (diet sounds so wrong) and remember to get in your fluids, preferably water. Just few ordinary pointers, happy growing!

IWant, Welcome to the Brotherhood. Definitely go for the X30 it will deliver more vacuum than the largest pump at your size. You will be able to get to around 8.5" x 6" in the X30. But do not rely on that alone, be sure to create a complete routine. SRT is a great place top start as is the Newbie Routine. I would read through both and take as much in as you can. PE is largely about being properly educated to what works best. For instance the X30 alone is very good with expansion but when it is combined with the SlowSquashJelq it becomes so much more powerful and expansive. Your BathMate can also bring length gains using the DLD BathMate Hardcore Stretches (found in SRT). So go over this information and sketch out a routine and we will help you refine it.

Thanks for the reply DLD really appreciate it. Ive briefly read through SRT and came out with a routine which is mostly from you (credits ! :D)

Routine:
Warm up would be the routine in SRT

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

and followed by

5min Fully erect in BM
3-5min SSJ
5min Fully erect in BM
3-5min SSJ
5min Fully erect in BM
3-5min SSJ

The End of routine

I have a few questions though

1. Is the routine sufficient ?

2. Im unsure on how to do SSJ. correct me if im wrong. firstly ive to grab the base with an 'ok' grip and another just behind the head right ? after that do i compress them together or ?

3. Can i combine both length and girth routine in 1 session ?

You should include a warm-up/down and bundled stretches for 5mins before each routine.
Also try getting in 10-20mins of erect stretches per week.

I am new to pe i bought a regular hydromax x30 a month ago I became discoraged with it I went into to the bathmate semi erect for a week an dident see any temp gains. I'm starting with a 5.5 in girth all I want is a six in girth cemented

The way you use your BathMate is important to adding girth. I highly recommend you use the SRT 5x5x3 method, as this brings incredible tissue expansion while minimizing the retention. I also suggest you read through SRT, especially the portions on healing. It will give you a wonderful education as a newbie.

I purchased a hydromax x 30 about a month I've only used it for a month I went one to the pump semi erect and dident see any gains. I bought it from officialhydromaxpump.com

Im not that advanced i would say but my unit as exposed to some advanced exercise though not often as daily i would just pump in BM At maximum for 20min for 2-3 times per day due to time constraint.

Btw, i noticed that as time goes by im able to pump more in the BM. Initially was 160 and now 180 but i could not see much gain in length or girth. Can anyone give tips or explain ? Or it is due to the fact im not stretching/warm up/warm down properly ?

I would use 5x5x3 with a BathMate, pumping 20min straight isn't the best option.
Also wearing a cock-ring after you're done can be helpful together with freqeuent repumping.

What's your warm-up/down again?
Do you do some bundles prior to your BM-routine?
