any advice from PE'rs in here, I've had hard flaccid for 6 months and i'm currently doing DCT physio to hopefully resolve it, in the meantime I'm eager to PE, so does anyone know if ill be able to use the bathmate without injuring myself further? and still gain?

I have had a look at a few posts but almost all of them are concerning solving hard flaccid using a bathmate, I know that wont work, I just want to use a bathmate solely for gaining some without putting more strain on my pelvic floor! even just the temporary size increase would be a huge boost to morale personally

anyone had any experience using a pump with hf?

thanks

I'm always confused when I hear "hard flaccid". Like what does that even mean? Maybe you just have a high sex drive and are constantly a little hard?

nothing to do with my sex drive, tight pelvic floor muscles, my flaccid dick feels really firm or hard most of the time

A flaccid penis that feels rigid happens with fatigue and overtraining. It happens to all of us at one point or another. Simply continue to train trough it and it will subside eventually.

Good to know it can happen like that too. what are you doing about this?

DCT resistance stretching, works on the muscles of the pelvis as well as joining muscles (glutes, hamstring, psoas etc) to stop the muscle being in a state of spasm, spent ages doing normal yoga type stretches and RK's what a waste of time that was.

Do you get the hard flaccid that look almost like this as you get most of the time?

Yep, that's what I have got exactly the same. It's called pelvic tilt. It's easy to fix. At all you need to do hamstring stretches, psoas stretches and the bridge stretches. It should take you 6 weeks to treat for pelvic floor to release the pelvic tension. DO NOT use bathmate as I have had nasty pain in my stomach which the pain was like a cramp so don't do it.

Wow, what an awesome reply. I know this Brother has been really suffering with no one to relate to, so glad you are showing support and giving some damn good advice.

thanks for the heads up, ill stay clear till ive resolved the problem now my head is in a better place.

and no, I've never got that turtle up, just gets skinnier and a little shorter but rock hard, however the firmness changes from rock hard to softer spontaneously (usually softer when laying down)

and yeah, that's what the DCT does, (hamstring, psoas, glutes, hip flexor, quads etc) 6 week programme, I did post on your thread (didn't see you had posted here lol)

Well thanks for the contribution, it is so good to have someone who has dealt with this here. I was trying my best to help but I never experienced this, happy someone can relate now.
