Bathmate stretches

I've attained both length/girth gains from my Bathmate routine that includes BM Stretches, but I can't quantitatively state how much is attributed solely to that exercise...it's all a part of the greater whole
 
I dont think many seem to have tracked how well they did with bathmate stretches.
Have no idea how well I did with them tbh but they were nice and intense.

All you need to do is give them an honest try in your routine for a minimum of 6 weeks and if you find them a load of crap, just ditch them.
 
I combine a stretches __________ stretches and bathmate pulles 15 min each exercise and I can fill my interal penise filing out farther & farther.

Yes sir many people of gained with hard-core stretches. They were actually the second expressive stretch I invented. The first was Lengthmaster hole stretching. These exercises and other expressive exercises bring games to anyone who uses them as these are gains that would otherwise never happen. When stretching the penis we want to attack four different ways, one is through ligament and shaft stretching, one is through tunica stretching a.k.a. bundled stretches, expressive stretches that deal with internal penis and finally Erect stretches to help cement length gains. When all four of these are employed every angle of gain is covered. And like I’ve said from the beginning if we cover every single base will gain from every single angle. Do not let an angle though unstretched

I tried erect stretches the other day and boy o boy did I feel like they were very effective. The only difficult part is staying hard and doing the stretches

Go for 60 seconds at a time or maybe two minutes at a time. Anything more than 60 seconds is a good amount of time. I’m glad you’re feeling it because it’s a very powerful exercise.

I was reading older forums where ppl were totally against it, but it’s a really good stretch, stretching SD was the felt the most intense. Which direction do you stretch it in?

I started introducing erect exercises around 2002. I was ostracized and completely snubbed as being crazy to do erect exercise. I was lectured on how dangerous it was and how I was going to hurt myself and cause other people to hurt themselves. Talk about overreacting! It wasn’t long before I was able to prove that erect exercise was much more powerful than the old semi soft jelq crap. Today even the forums that were so dead against erect exercise are all using those exercises now.

I feel there’s so much we don’t know about male enhancement even health sciences don’t know much about the penis aside from what the penis is comprised of, especially considering they have debunked the fact we can enlarge our penises using exercises. Although some articles claim a minor increase in length can be achieved, but only through wearing ADS for 8 hours a day. Male enhance I feel like is about trial and error, or else we can’t make more advancements as much as we have thus far.

this is exactly why MOS exists...breaking new ground is never easy and never linear. Just think of yourself as part of a pioneering group reshaping what was thought to be impossible
 
Its true, if only one of us had millions of £$ we could invest in state of the art MRI machines, to conduct in depth analysis of how the penis changes before, and after PE ... then science will accept it more.

Even medical studies like one I mentioned with the extender in 2009 from Italy, are distrusted by a few.

At the end of the day, in the end it comes down to you, and you only ... in that, you have to try it, try it good, a good attempt with effort, at least 6 months, and see for yourself! no better proof then seeing it on your own cock.
