I've been lurking on this forum for some time, and it is what I have learned and read that made me decide to dive into the world of Penis Enlargement.
My girlfriends have always told me I have a large penis, but whenever I have looked in the mirror I just didn't feel that I have a big penis. I finally decided to order a Bathmate and wanted to make sure I ordered the right size, so I measured according to the info in the forum posts and was surprised to come in at 8.5 X 5.75 (well suited for a X-40). So although I felt like this was somehow wrong, and that when the X-40 arrived it would just be too much for me, I went with my intellect and ordered it anyway.
It arrived the other night and I was excited and nervous to try it out, kind of like going out on a date when you know you are going to get laid but you are nervous about your performance. When I unpacked it, it didn't seem as intimidating as I thought it would be. I tried my first session, of Bathmate or any other Penis Enlargement session, and had some suction problems that were quickly fixed with a bit of Vaseline around the base. Anyway, I decided to do 5 sets of 5 minutes with a minute of light stroking in between. By the third set I was reaching just shy of 220 with some discomfort, but nothing unbearable. After the session ended I definitely noticed a difference in girth , but no perceived difference in length. My dick was a little red, but this disappeared in less than an hour. I was eager to try it again the next morning and by the second set I think I got a bit too aggressive, hitting well past the 220 mark but not quite 230 by the mid point of the second set. At the end of the set I took off the Bathmate and was worried because I was very red and had some lumps as well as what looked like the start of a bruise on the head of my penis. So I stopped, and followed that up with an couple of hours wrapped in a heating pad. My dick had returned to normal color and I had no bruising, but retained most of the girth change (I'm sure there was fluid retention because I went too fast). So I will be using the heating pad after my sessions moving forward, because it should keep blood flowing to my penis and promote the healing process.
These first two sessions have made me realize on an emotional level that I actually am way above average, and I am looking forward to see what kind of results I can get in the future. All the information on this forum is great, and the support I see from one member to another has been great as well.
 
I got in my third session today. I went with the 6 minutes for 6 sets, entering flaccid and building up through the sets as I went. My ultimate goal is primarily to get girth, but an extra inch, or maybe two, in length would be great as well. I hit just shy of the 230 mark again, but my girth went crazy today. My shaft is nearly filling the tube and I measured post workout flaccid and came in at 6.25 at mid shaft and 6.5 at the base. A huge difference from the 5.75 (mid shaft) I measured not four days ago.
I am experimenting because I have never done this before, but here is what I am trying so far:
(all sets are a total of 6 minutes)
Set 1: pump to 80% max and hold it until last minute where I pump to about 90%
Set 2-5: first minute go to 80%; every subsequent minute pump twice. This seems to get my dick used to the pressure gradually
Set 6: go for broke, pump as much as I can straight off, and then two pumps every minute.

The only issue I have is that I have a curve to my penis and my head hits the side. Any advice on how to accelerate the straightening of my penis?

You must feel so fucking happy to see those measurements! I was! I love when you guys post the true word through pictures...it proves such a commitment to penis enlargement but also a dedication to the Brotherhood. Showing others that we have done what they may see as miraculous will always give a push to your Brother who may be struggling the most.

Did my fourth session and by the third set, the lower half of my dick filled the whole chamber.

I'm not sure if that is a good thing or not.
On the length side, my short term goal is to break the 230 barrier, but I haven't done it yet.
I am still not sure what my long term goal should be for girth, but for length, I would eventually like to hit the 250 mark when pumped. If I go beyond that I think my gf will not want to have sex ever again.
Btw, the heating pad for a couple of hours post pump really seems to take care of any discoloration and water retention. Although, the way I have been pumping the fluid build up doesn't seem to be very much at all.

I have been experimenting with taking more or less time off between Penis Enlargement sessions, and the last test seemed to work well. I actually took a week off from pumping and found that it helped. I posted two new personal records for myself in my last session:
1) I went well past the 230 mark on the X-40 (when unpumped erect, my cock goes well beyond my belly button now. The base of the head is at the top of it now, and the tip used to just make it to the belly button on a good day.
2) I pumped to a 7 inch girth. (Currently, my non pumped girth varies between 6.25 and 6.5 inches)
My girlfriend remarked on the size of my cock two days after a pumping session. She has no problem with the girth, but is starting to get more uncomfortable with the increase in length.
I have also experimented with my routine. I usually do manual stretches and pump. I now do 3 sets of about 14 minutes, taking it slow, pumping every two minutes until I build up to my max.
Its awesome to see this kind of progress.

I keep hitting plateau's myself and it's frustrating to say the least.
I'm now in another growth spurt and currently looking for a X-40 as the X40 is causing too much pain from the gator and I have to back off and not push like I should be and it's really hindering my progress and I only have another month and a half until I want to reach my mid-range goal.

The X-40 is a good choice as is the Penomet. Also, for an even bigger selection Penomet will be releasing a XL version soon.

Do you put your balls inside the X-40? I'm having problems using my X-40 because of my balls. I tried to tie it with a shoe lace but I feel some sort of pain when I'm in the X-40. Seems the lace is too tight or something. I'm frustrated.

I don't put my balls in it, I don't think I could if I wanted.
When I first pumped I did have an issue with my some of my scrotum and vas defrens getting partially sucked in, which obviously hurt. Since then I always make sure my I get my scrotum warmed up and strech it for a few minutes. When I put the Bathmate on, I also make sure to put it as high up on my pelvis as possible. No problems with that issue anymore.

Sorry for the double post, but I wanted to throw this out there. While I am in the Bathmate, filled with water, I let it hang and start to do a rapid succession of kegels. I keep doing this until I can actually lift the X-40 with only my dick. Most intense kegels I've ever done.
 
I'm a newb, but I have been kegeling in it since I started. Maybe I just have a strong dick. I have always lifted weights a lot. So maybe my pelvic floor is pretty strong already. Haven't gotten hurt yet, but maybe I will.

I don't think it is too much as a matter of fact I think it is really natural and normal. I think that kegels and reverse kegels, when fully understood, play a critical role in everything from length gains as seen in DLD Blasters or in sexual function like lasting longer or having "male multiple orgasm"....there are too many other great reasons to doing kegels and reverse kegs.
 
I just took a day off from work this week to spend with my girlfriend. I pumped lightly in the morning before going to see her, I kept the pressure moderate (for me) and only did 2 10 minute sets. I have worked my way up to 4 10 minute sets recently. I wasnt worried about fr because I take it slow and build pressure as I go through the 10 minutes. Anyway, my gf and I ended up having sex for about 6 hours that day. This is the most sex I have had with her in a day for a while.
Here are the things I noticed since using the Bathmate:
1) EQ is excellent. I have never been this hard!
2) Significant girth increase. My gf remarked on it and seems to love the increase.
3) Straightening out of my penis. It has had a slight curve to the right, and the gf said she noticed that it is much straighter

Its been a while, but I wanted to give an update.
I have had to take quite a bit of time off because of kids (mine and my girlfriend's), essentially out of the past 3 months, I have not been able to pump for about half of that time. But it seems that every time I start I hit a new max pump. Since my last post I have been consistently in the mid 240's, and I am going to try to get as close to 250 as possible by the end of this month.
I switched up my routine to 6 minute pumps for 4 sets a day, but broken up between morning and evening.
I used to do stroking or jelqing in between sets, but I now switched to using a Hitachi Wand to massage my penis before, in between and after sets. Maybe its my imagination, but that massager seems to be helping me make quicker gains than I had made before.
I had bought a small wand for my gf and tried it out on myself during a period when I couldn't pump. It seemed to give me very strong erections and felt awesome. I liked it so much, I bought the Hitachi wand for myself. In combination with pumping it has been great. The only negative effect has been that my gf can no longer take my whole cock while riding me.
 
WHen you say that you use the Hitachi with pumping, how do you mean? Pardon my ignorance.

I use the wand to massage the whole penis instead of jelqing in between sets, and I also use it before and after training.
I had tried something that DLD suggested, which is using a monkey spanker in between sets with the bullet on to prevent fr(fluid retention), but is too tight on me and cuts off the circulation. So thinking that the Hitachi wand would have the same benefits of the vibrating monkey spanker (preventing fr) without the blood flow restriction, I tried it. It works awesome for me.
Additionally, I found I could do a variation of an A stretch in between sets using the Hitachi to press down on my shaft and using my other hand as the fulcrum. The wand has also become my preferred method of masturbation, pressing it just under the frenulum. It takes a bit longer but gives me very intense orgasms. My gf loves it too.

The X-40 is definitely good to me. Have you ever tried using the Hitachi wand or something like it in between sets like I'm doing? If not, give it a try and report back. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
