Nice !! Bathmate is more violent than I thought. So your recommendations of 5" Bathmate, 5" jelq (2 or 3 times) seems perfect. For the first sequence, do you put the highest pressure you can endure?
 
i maxed out the X-40 in 2 months with max pressure every 2 min pumping!
3 times a day single session.
It is always the most you can endure and with every day going a minute up ...

starting with 3times 5min a day ending up with 3 times 30...
Pumping all the water you can every 2 min out!
To the max!
 
Try both but if you go in erect try jelqing before and then go in and then repeat. Afterwards get a cock ring or something to attempy cementing gains. I do my girth work at night before I hit the sheets and wake up and go :O!!! lol.
 
Same as jelqing, you want to have about a 90% full erection. You don't want it super stiff.
 
I started going in erect and staying erect. So much better then flaccid In my opinion. You pull out after 20 or 30 mins and it is incredible, Looking in the mirror and seeing the monster that was made is Awesome for motivation and you can boost your gains. And using the Bathmate erect is pulling in more blood and over time your girth is stretched and you gain from it. Also the ring marks that you get from pumping flaccid is cut down like 75 or 80 percent. Went from pumping flaccid at 170mm to 185mm pumping erect.
 
so I just received my bathmate the other day and im a beginner.. my question is, how far should I stretch my dick if its flaccid at 3" ? ive been pumping it to the 4.5" mark because im worried im going to over pump it. When im erect im a little over 5.5". I want to gain both length and girth but I don't wanna mess my body up by over pumping. I would really appreciate some advice! Thanks.
 
What worked/works for me is entering the cylinder with the highest EQ possible and pumping until I start to feel the resistance, rest at that stage for a minute and then slowly increase the pressure, (stopping for a minute when I sense I've reached my max) and then keep pressing-on until it feels like my d!ck is almost ready to explode. I hold it here for a minute or two, and then I manually press the gaiter into my pelvis another 1/4" to 1/2" and release. I do this about 50 times at max pressure all the while timing my Kegels and reverse Kegels. After 5 minutes of this, I give it another half-pump, (all the pumping I'm doing is with my VacuVin mod, btw) and hold a Kegel for as long as I can and then release all the pressure, do some Jelqs and repeat the process 1 or 2 more times

I would keep the set shorts but intense to avoid water retention.
And don't forget to warm-up/down and do some bundled stretches prior to using the BM

I agree. Please look at the SRT routine and learn the 5x5x3 routine. This will bring much faster gains and keep water retention at bay.
