bathmate + cock ring?

this is my first post but ive been lurking for a while.

anyways, i was just wondering how long should i keep the cock ring on after i get out of the Bathmate? i have the x40. since im trying to gain length as well, so im trying to get a few hrs of the sg in later on in the day too.

also am i suppose to work myself back up to an erection then put on the cock ring or just put it on as soon as i exit the Bathmate?

It isn't an exact science but if you forced me to give you an amount of time I would say start with like 30 minutes to an hour for a tight cock ring but also like DLD was suggesting SRT recommends a 24 hour looser cock ring (which is what I do).... You might even eventually want to try pumping with your cock ring on. After you come out of your pump go ahead and get the cock ring on asap and just get your member back to an erection so blood can be pushed into what has already been worked (apparently this helps with the growth process).

Yeah... Hes talking about after I think...

I do a smaller one inside sometimes. It has worked really well. Its the smaller begainer silcone one sold on adult toy websites for 10$. Its really great to hold a pump in after, but there has been a new realization. The placement of the ring right where I get gaitor bite keeps the bite to a min while letting me get to 185-195 very easily in a herc.
 
I read this thread yesterday and decided to try using a cock ring during my Bathmate session earlier. After doing 3x 5 minute sessions with the cock ring on I saw even better results. I have heard of a few people who have benefitted from this, it sounds like a good practice as long as you keep a good eye on thrombosis or clogging of veins. I think that in the SRT you will be safe at 5 minute sessions. Keep us up on your progress and I am happy you are seeing better results!

What is your non-Bathmate girth stats? Helps to put things in perspective.
 
Has anyone tried those Goodie Rubber Hair Ties? They are really excellent and cheap! 20 bands for like $3 and they last!

Ive used something similar before, and it has worked great. I haven't used them with the Bathmate, but could u wear it all day? Also do you wrap only over the shaft or over the balls too?
