Hey everyone....
I have been doing PE for 5 months and only recently i have came to know about MOS....
I have a simple question which has been bothering me for a month now.....
The question is:
When doing basic stretching(stretching your penis with your hands), are we supposed to stretch with or without the foreskin?(confused)

When I started PE, I was stretching my penis with foreskin which resulted in increased in length(5.5 to 6) and girth(?? to 5)...
Stretching with the foreskin also resulted in increase in the amount of foreskin on my penis......
Now when I watched video of MOS, I observed that they were not stretching the penis with the foreskin. They were holding the base of the glans......
I started stretching my penis with the glans but I couldn't see any growth in my length......

What is the correct way of stretching?
 
Try the DLD blasters, that is one amazing stretch. Thread has diagram to help.

The correct way of stretching is to retract your foreskin and grip at the base of the head. If you do not do this and you grip the foreskin you’ll see gains in skin instead of penis. I understand this is uncomfortable and sensitive at first for many men who are uncut but it’s something everyone needs to get used to as this is the proper way to gain length. His grip is not enough I suggest you pick up the Lengthmaster as this takes all of the issues of grip and slippage out of the equation. So i have been doing stretching just the way DLD told..... by retracting foreskin and gripping the base of the head....
Recently..... i have been feeling the stretch at the bottom of my penis and not at the shaft......
Is it fine?
If so.... how do i stretch the mid shaft of my penis?
 
It is stretching the whole penis, from base, middle, and underneath the glans. This is a method I do daily, you can adjust the angle, so pull straight up towards the belly, and straight down to the floor for a variation.
 
Feeling soreness at the base is a sign that you’re doing things correctly. The soreness will not stick around eventually it goes away but in the beginning you do feel it.

I stretch for 30 seconds(vigorously) and my hand gets tired
 
I've done both kinds of stretching, foreskin up when i started and down now. It is best to pull it back to stretch. It will be hard at first but do it. My base used to get red itchy and irritated with foreskin up as i had to keep stretching the skin more and more as i was gaining.

For flaccid stretching i would recommend a lengthmaster, or one of the various stretchers MOS has, so your hands wouldn't get tired so easily into the exercises. You will need that hand strength for erect stretching which is pulling while hard. There is nothing wrong with pulling for 30 seconds at a time, as long as you repeat the exercise over an extended period of time.

My current stretching routine involves 40min-1hr lengthmaster for flaccid stretching/30 min erect stretching with my hands. If i had to do 1hr+ of stretching with my foreskin up and hands, my skin would be beyond irritated and exhausted.

30 seconds per stretch is plenty of time but if you feel like you need more I suggest you pick up a Lengthmaster which takes manual stretching to a whole new level bringing gains so much faster. Some men simply cannot hold a grip that long and the LM becomes the perfect tool to solve this problem.

 
I have run into the hand fatigue issue when completing manual stretches (specifically, when stretching up toward the belly and up to left/ right). This is why I feel the tools will increase my gains significantly.

However, when studying the forums I’ve noticed that you still favor manual stretching even for PE veterans. Which manual stretches do you find most effective to continue to perform (once I begin to incorporate the lengthmaster and follow the STR program)?

However i have found a way to reduce hand fatigue while stretching and it is very easy to implement.......;)

Just do your stretching exercises while LAYING DOWN on the bed.....

I have privacy issues at my home(I am always surrounded by family members) so I really don't get time to stretch. However, once I tried to stretch at night when everyone was asleep. I realised that I do not get disturbed, I do not get hand fatigue and I can have all the time in the world?

Try this method...... and may you reach your desired goals?

I favor manual stretching using the lengthmaster. The Lengthmaster is used for manual stretching. So every manual stretch to be done with the Lengthmaster with no fear of slipping and with much more intensity. If I were to go it alone with no equipment I would say the best stretching routine is the one contained in the Newbie routine. That’s stretching routine hits practically every angle. You would want to add into this bundled stretching, expressive stretching and erect stretching to make that routine complete.

I've also read that the STR one of the fastest/ most effective PE programs. What would you estimate the rate of growth rate be?

Last night, however, I decided to strap into my sizegenetics afterward. I kept my heating pad wrapped around my shaft and every so often I would crank up the tension. Then I switched to a silisleeve after about 30 min and called it a night. I'm really looking forward to getting the MOS red to use throughout my stretching routine.

I need help with another question regarding stretching....

So, I have a curvature towards left and I have noticed that when I erect-stretch towards left, I feel the powerful stretch in my whole penis and it seems easy to do so. However, I don't feel the same when I erect-stretch towards right.

I am afraid that if I stretch towards left, I will be encouraging my penis to curve more. But if I don't do so and stretch towards right, I I'll be hindering my length routine.

How am I supposed to correct this curvature while still maintaining my length routine? ?

SRT brings gains at the highest speed due to many factors. It has become greatly expanded now including multiple workouts. The new SiliStretcher has truly made SRT incredible!

Rate of gain? With the most intense version you could see an inch or more of girth and length over a six month period. Some much faster others slower and thus depends on what Routine they are using.
