Well, I've been doing some ssj but now my base girth isn't growing very much.
How o I gain some base girth?
 
yeah thats a good question i have noticed i have gained a bit of base girth whit stretchings i think,the base of the penis starts to get thick when you have newbie gains.:)

Base girth is created by heavy downward stretching. The LengthMaster is the best tool for this as you can strap in and use both hands to put maximum tension at the base. Hanging will also quickly increase base girth. If you have no equipment simply favor heavy, downward stretches with as much intensity as you can take. Base girth is the easiest gain in PE.
 
doublelongdaddy, I asume if you have no tools. How you do it then? Get 100% erection and push your penis down with one hand? Is it like that?

You need to stretch downwards for base girth.With your hands,with tools,while hanging,it doesn't matter.Just stretch downward.Girth exercises will help too,it will increase the overall girth.

Any kind of stretching ( except erect stretching ) should be done as flaccid as possible.Any kind of girth exercise , SSJ included will increase your overall girth.So yes,doing SSJ will increase your base girth , mid shaft girth,etc.
 
so I just take my flacid penis an pull it down and that should increase base girth?
 
And how long and how many reps? how many times a day / how many times a week? Warm up?( sorry for all these questins)

If you only want base girth go for 3 sets of 30 seconds.Increase it after a few months.
 
and how many reps does set exist off? It's because I have a penis shaped naturally bigger midshaft than base.

I don't get your question.You 3 sets of 30 seconds.

You stretch your dick downwards for 30 seconds,3 times.That's it.

No. With no tools simply put much effort into manual downward stretches. Some men can do these using two hands others can not, I think this has a lot to do with grip so experiment with different gripping methods like baby powder, latex gloves etc.
 
If you have no tools, like mentioned do heavy downward stretches and BTC.
Put more focus on that, like do the newbie stretches with more focus on downward/BTC.
When you take off your SG to return good circulation, focus more on downward stretching.
Isolate the base more with SSJs. Grab lower at the base.

A few days ago I looked at pictures of my penis I made about 6 months ago and it looked totally different.
The baseball bat shape is slowly changing.
