ive looked at it, there are a few helpful things in this situation but are there any other exercises i could try out to help base girth? ive heard of erect twists helping that but thats about it (that and hanging of course)

just do rotations (cranks) 30 left 30 right, times 10
2-3 times a day
(It worked for me anyway)

Just bring the head up to belly go around by right hip, down to floor, up to left hip, then straight up, repeat 29 times. bang against leg 5-10 times, to get blood flowing. change direction. repeat.
