Alright everyone, this is my first post how are you all? I was just wondering if anyone knows any exercises that will help me gain girth at the base, I wanna gain girth all along my shaft but my base is the thinnest area and its really annoying me!

Anyway I'll tell you abit more about myself

Started peing back in mid march but wasnt very consistent, been peing consistently since august, started working out bout 5 or 6 times a week but for the last month i've switched to the one on one off routine, my exercise involves warm up, a few dry jelqs to prepare me for the wet jelqs of which i do 500 off stopping to do heli shakes every 100 or so, I then warm down. I do a few stretches and kegal a bit as well.

Haven't seen any gains(I think) my size is 5x4.25 but today I measured the length and it was 5.3ish but I might of measured it wrong but I was encouraged anyway.

Any comments or advice on anything would be appreciated

Well for me personally, hanging weights gave me about an inch of my base girth. I think A stretches done with the overhand grip behind the glans would too.

overhand grip behind the glans? would you mind explaining what that means? I tried an a stretch last night, I think I done it right but it didn't feel like it was doing anything.

Piece of cake man. Take a hand, make an "ok" sign with your index finger and thumb. Theres your grip. Now, take that and with the "ok" sign toward your body, top of hand on top, palm on top of your penis....toward the floor ...there ya go.
