I've had Bathmate 3 weeks now and I haven't been seeing the temporary gains or pump that everyone talks about. I get a very slight pump but it's gone in a few minutes and heard others saying it lasts hours. I go in hard and pump to the max. I've tried going 20 straight minutes and I've tried the 3 sets alternating jelqs but both ways my results aren't great. Should I go for longer? Any other suggestions, thanks.
 
Are you pumping correctly?

How much expansion are you seeing with the Jelq/Pump routine? Anything at all? The temporary gains only stay around a few hours. Gaining permanent girth requires continuous efforts of training with good intensity, always pushing the levels. After 3 weeks I would not expect much more than heavier flaccid hang, slight increase in girth is possible, more vascularity, harder erections. My best advice is to continue your efforts, maybe with a bit more intensity.


Of course this is after you answer papi's question, are you pumping correctly?
 
I pump down about 4 times till no more water comes out and the seal is good I can pull on it pretty hard and it stays on. I didn't expect to gain anything per enemy yet I just thought most people get a good temporary pump and I don't. Maybe a quarter inch extra girth but the thing that's weird to me is it's gone in 10 min not hours.

I understood. A quarter inch is good! It will take time to cement that gains and move to another, this is the way Penis Enlargement works. It is important to be getting something past normal girth...it will not stay until you have permanently deformed the tissue. I would also suggest maybe moving out of the Jelq and into the Slow Squash Jelq, your expansion will be much greater.

Girth took me time until I figured out. Gaining girth is completely and absolutely about temporary expansion. The further we push ourselves past the 100% normal mark we are stretching the tissue to a new size. Temp gains are followed by permanent and the cycle repeats. For me it took constant expansion and healing in the most expanded state I could. Once I was accomplishing maximum expansion often enough, the tissue deformed and my penis became thicker. Of course, a new temp. gain starts to appear and you are on to the next.

Patience, consistency, self discovery, exploration and above all, constantly be pushing yourself t the next level will be you best tools. Your goal? Find how you can cause the greatest expansion for as long and as often as you can. This will bring the girth gains.

I find it differs from session to session. I can tell if I'll have a good session or not after the first set.

Sometimes I get a vast amount of expansion, sometimes I get quite little. As long as expansion is the outcome. Once you get the knack of it, it's insane. I think there's also a breaking in period. When I first got my X-40 it kinda sucked at the start and then once I got the knack of it and really broke it in, I was pulling out some insanely thick shapes. My X40 was a bit poor at the start but it's being broken in and now it's starting to just get a bit ridiculous.

You'll find your groove.

That break in period is so true, I think we should make a sticky on this as it will help men understand that they will need to wait for the pump to break in. 3-4 sessions and it is good but the valve does take a whole to master and break in.
 
So you don't think its a big deal that the 1/4 inch pump is gone in only 10 min? It's just hear of others having the pump last for hours so I was expecting it to last longer.

Cock rings will extend that time leading to permanent results faster.

True dat ! Also what is your bpel and what have you been pumping up to ? Have you gone slightly more each week ? Ssj's are great and maybe like papi said get your self a ring . I found once I got one It helped if i would edge and do horse squeezes after Bathmate session and expansion started going crazy . I had Bathmate for like maybe bit over 2 months but only had solid routine for last month . Temp gains lasting longer and longer each week and flaccid hang is much better . Also if your using in shower get a face towel and use to get a good grip the using both hands push against the wall to get more pressure . I find I can get much better pump like this . Also found pressure better without comfort pad and using pump sleeve .
 
I'm 6.75 bPel and that's the most I've hit on the gauge 170. I have a ring comin in the mail soon so I'll be trying that. Guess I need to learn the ssj. I'm nOt grasPing it exactly from the diagram I've seen. Just been regular jelqing between sets.
 
Well I pumped today for 23 straight minutes and got a much better result. Probably about a half inch in girth pump and it lasted longer. I guess maybe if you do the supersets you need to do ssj cause just jelqs didn't give me as good a result as just longer time in. Well anyway I got the results that I had been expecting to get today so I'm happy.
 
Good to hear ! Did you try pumping against the wall ? This will get you past your bpel for sure . If your not getting past that you Probly aren't getting enough pressure and won't really be gaining anything .Oh yeah don't frett about your gains going quickly . It took a while before mine started lasting hours .

Glad you made things work out. The super-sets may become more relevant now that you have mastered thje pump.
 
I haven't tried the wall but I'm pushing down very hard and I'm pretty strong so I don't know if a can go down anymore. I didn't think I had to get past my bpel? I am more looking for girth gains out of Bathmate although I will start the Bathmate stretches soon. I have sg and just started manual stretches to go for length. I got Bathmate and started jelqs for girth. Is this correct?
