Now I'm going to start jogging again, I gained a good 20 lbs of muscle since January. Started today and I feel great, just coming back from lifting.
Another side note, Vitamin E is very good for bigger ejaculations, I personally take it, but I have heard bad things about long term Vitamin E capsule use. Look into that too.
