I was under the impression bigger balls meant more semen output. A climax isn't really a climax if you don't see the rounds coming out of your shotgun, honestly.

Try DLD's Testicle Health and Massage Routine. AFAIK you can make some modest gains with it. There are also lots of ways to stretch the scrotum to get lower hanging testicles if you are after that. There's also Supra's ball jelqing technique, but I think it may only make them appear to be larger.

Producing more sperm does increase testicle size, but I don't think bigger testicles necessarily means you have more ejaculate. There are plenty of cocktails you can make to increase ejaculate though.

to answer the question at the begining of the thread, yes big balls are important, i have used the dld testicle health massage to grow my balls and i look sexier and have bigger cum loads, does anyone here know if bigger balls increases testosterone production,

I don't know, maybe. Doing squats at the gym sure does. Same with running/biking. My nuts have grown since I started working out. Work your legs if you want testosterone boost. And don't eat right before bed. The most growth hormone is secreted during the first two hours of sleeping and if you have food in your stomach, it absorbs a lot of it. Go to a bodybuilding supplement store and ask the biggest guy there about all that. The people who know the most are the ones that do it. Another side note, jogging makes you heal quicker - ie, if you have acne, or if you've ejaculated recently, jogging is the best for blood flow and gives you energy. Gives you better erections. Since January, I cut out cardio from my routine so I could gain mass, and I felt pretty unhealthy/tired, especially with all the extra eating (eating tires you out). Now I'm going to start jogging again, I gained a good 20 lbs of muscle since January. Started today and I feel great, just coming back from lifting.
Another side note, Vitamin E is very good for bigger ejaculations, I personally take it, but I have heard bad things about long term Vitamin E capsule use. Look into that too.

Hey Mike when you say you shouldnt eat before bed so you can get more growth hormones. What if im bulking and trying to gain weight, should i not eat before bed? I usually have milk pbj sandwich and some yogurt.

I don't know about this but ginger and cocoa are two of the best sources of iron and thus aid in blood cell production.
It's not because they have vastly more than other sources but because the form the iron is in is more easily absorbable.

In other words, it may or may not affect your balls but it certainly won't hurt your Penis Enlargement regime.

The closest before bed I would ever eat is 1 hour. I did bulking too. Ended up with a gut. I suggest just doing it properly and getting there slowly. This "bulking" shit is pure horse shit. I see guys at the gym who have probably been "bulking" for 5 years.

If you eat properly and train hard you can still have abs and a big muscles.

I used to take a slow release protein (casein protein) and dextrose (carbs) before bed (1 hour) but that spikes your blood sugar, which makes you fat. Not going into the scientific details of it, if your blood sugar is high, your body will have trouble breaking down fat or the sugar gets converted to fat (research it to get the proper scientific explanation). You want high blood sugar in the morning. Not at night. So avoid eating at night, unless you don't care if you have a gut and a layer of body fat covering those muscles. You can be one of those guys with no definition but are large mammals who wear wife beaters and have tattoos and a gut. Frankly, I think that looks like shit. I cared about my arm size until I started losing my toned stomach. Now I am 10 lbs lighter and working back up to my max weight slowly by eating less but still eating enough.

I suggest gorging yourself in the morning, eating every 2.5-3 hours during the day (or when you're hungry) then one big meal after a workout and maybe a snack or two after that (depending on when during the day you work out).

^ That being said, I still think that if you have not been going steadily to the gym and have been under eating, you should take at least a couple days to slowly get back into it and start eating more to get your body thicker, stronger and ready to go so you don't hurt yourself. Other than that, eat as much as you can without it making you sick and make sure you workout hard. I like to do a cardio workout before work then weight lifting after work with a bit of running, just so I don't get fat. It's really very hard to get rid of a gut once you get it, trust me. A lot harder than it is to gain weight
