Hello everyone.

I have taken DLD's advice on starting with a good solid program, and keeping it simple, and then build on it after a good foundation is laid. I purchased a pair of batting gloves yesterday for stretching (I don't like golf). Actually Pychologically I would like to think of my penis as a bat than a 9 iron. Unless all you want is Length .lol I really felt the stretches yesterday.
I have a few questions though, and observations
1. How hard should I be jelqing? What can I equate the pressure to? I hear people talk about how they actually feel the tissue break down. I would like to hone in on that feeling.
2. Kegals- ever see those plastic change wallets? that had the slit inside of them? Well when I kegal I feel like I have one right between my anus, and my balls. Every time I Keal it feels like I am opening and closing that change wallet? make any sense?
3. to masterbate or not masterbate after jelqing? I always feel the need to after my sessions.
4.How ofter should I be doing these exercises? I didn't see it stated in Phase 1.
5. I want a coll looking avatar. How do I get one? Where can I find one? Any help would be appreciated.

Put as much pressure you can without hurting yourself. This may take some practice to find this medium. Increase pressure and strength with each session until you feel you are at your maximum. Constantly check this medium to make sure you can increase it if necessary.

The PC muscles or Pelvic Floor Muscles run as far back as the anus. It is commen for people to feel this. Look at my illustration on the Pelvic FLoor Muscles to get a better understanding. I will post it here if I get a chance.

Jerk if you want. I think the myths about masturbation hindering gains belong in the same category of going blind from masturbation. You are creating this work of art...Use it.

Phase 1 should last for at least a month. The idea behind this phase is to work up intensity to prepare you for the next phase. Phase one should help you make good initial gains. Keep me updated on your progress and I will help you decide.

You can upload a AVATAR that is 100pixels x 100pixels. This operation is down under Control Panel: then Edit Options: then go to bottom of page and click Change Avatar. From here you may upload an Avatar from your hard-drive..

i've heard this but haven't felt it.

maybe the analogy of a handbrake would help. say a tight squeeze to bring about a sudden stop is 10 and just slowing at low speed is 1, then i'd say:

dry jelq at high erection levels = 8 - 10
wet jelq at 20 percent erection = 2 - 3

pressure depends on the type of jelq you're performing.

spare change?

kegeling can bust my nut, no kidding. i could probably snap rebar with my asshole, i've gained so much strength from this exercise.

currently i'm doing some high intensity tunica moves in conjunction with kegels and the results are terrific.

go for it. then do your stretching . as dld said:

Erections can be our friend during Penis Enlargement. Angle jelqs are a great exercise not only to facilitate an erect penis but they also work wonders on stretching the ligs during jelqing. The point of this matter is there is a time and a place for an erection. Sometimes we can't control this time and
place. So when it is unavoidable use it in your favor by doing erect exercise. When you're done using all the good of the erection, masturbate and continue on with stretching exercise.


i can't imagine any harm or lessening of the effects of NPenis Enlargement by masturbating.

i try to perform the routines as i do my weight training, every other day. but i stretch and wet jelq daily.

let me ask you, are you following the phase one routine?

Yes I am doing phase 1. I probably could go to phase 2, but I want to start over, and do it right. I think I am lacking on the kegals. I hear that its very important, adn i want to make sure I am doing it right. I am concerned because I drip after I get done pissing. I think that has to do with venous leakage. Am i mistaken? realistically my goal of 8X6 is not a unrealistic at all. Presently 6.5 EBPL and 4.5 Erect girth. I know I can do it. I have started doing visualizations as well. Since I am doing phase 1 should I do it everyday? what should be the frequency? Thanks for the quick responses(DLD, and Dewey).

I overworked the wrong part of my PC muscle for months, leading to trouble with premature ejac. I quickly abandoned all kegels, until it subsided.

When DLD introduced the blasters, he said it was important to lie on your back, stretch your penis to your stomach then kegel in an effort to locate the muscle. When I did this, I found that it worked an entirely different area of the muscle, and was much more beneficial to harder erections and ejaculation control.

I'd recommend you try this method of isolating the correct set of muscles then go from there.

so r u saying there is a way u can work the wrong part of the pc muscle? So u have to stretch ur penis up in the air towards ur stomach in order to stretch it properly?

Guys,
How often as far a routinely should I do phase one?
I know I should do it for a month, and move to phase 2, but I am talking frequency. 4 times, a week? 2 on and 2 off? Every day?

I'm on phase 1 as well, and have the same exact question. I Penis Enlargementd for about 2-3 weeks before joining MOS and doing Phase 1, and was doing 3 days on, 1 off. Should I just keep doing that?
