Hey all, I'm new here, and I gotta say this place just rocks. rofl As does the MOS pay site; the wealth of info is staggering, but even better is the support and inspiration, and there seems to be a real fellowship amongst all you guys, which is very cool.

I've been doing Penis Enlargement on and (mostly) off for probably about 4 years or so, mainly just jelqing. I've always been pretty haphazard and slack-ass about it, and always had nagging doubts as to whether or not it would really ever work, but no more! Reading about DLD and a whole bunch of you other guys has made me a true believer! :cool:

To get back into it, I've been doing DLD's newbie routine for about a week, and I'm gonna keep that up for six weeks, like he recommends, then measure again and take it from there. Plus I just started hanging with the Captain's Wench (THANKS CAP!), an hour a day (three 20 minute sets w/5 lbs for now), and I'm also going to do cable constrictors (THANKS RED!) every other day and maybe try out the new Dash rap as well. I'm also going to be spending every possible free moment visualizing the cock I want to see hanging between my legs (I'm big into that sort of thing, I think it can help with everything you want to acheive in life). Oh and of course I got my ROP on pretty much 24/7 (THANKS SUPRA!).

So that's my routine for now, I'm sure I'll be gaining and will check to make sure in another 5 weeks or so! (yep, I'm COCK-y!!! :p )

Right now I'm at 6.9" BPenis EnlargementL (not measuring NBP cuz I'm working my ass off to lose weight, so I want to know that the gains are coming from Penis Enlargement, not fat loss) and 4 7/8" EG. (my ruler switches to tenths after 6 inches??) and my goal is 9x6 or maybe 9x6.5 (guess I'll decide when I get there!)

Thanks Dario :) This is the first time I've ever really felt like I could be dedicated, all thanks to this site...I see that it really does work now. Man my shlong is tired, lol! I'm having some trouble with hanging (hurts!) but I'm sure it's b/c its new to me and that i'll get used to it soon.

Welp, I been at this routine for a couple weeks now. So far it's going well, only missed a day or two here and there. I haven't measured again yet, but I can definitely see some changes, like longer, thicker flaccid hang, and hair creeping up my shaft. S'all good! :)

Been splitting up my routine - girth (jelqs, constrictors) in the a.m., length (stretches ) in the p.m. Also I yank on it any time I can (after taking a piss, in the shower , in bed, etc.) One thing I forgot to mention is that I do 4 sets of bundled tunica stretches before each workout (both lenght and girth). I think that is a great way to warm up/stretch the tunica and get it prepared for what is coming next. (twist right and hold for 30 seconds, twist left and hold for 30 seconds, then repeat = 1 set.) Oh, I also quit hanging already. I just couldn't hack it (yet)...to much soreness, especially in the glans and the skin directly under the glans. YOUCH!!!!

Also I started wearing a leather ball-stretcher (from Spartacus) three or four days ago. It's small for now, but I'll increase the size as the skin relaxes and stretches out gradually. I think this is a great way to head off any potential problems with turkey-neck (in addition to the "testicle health" routine). So far so good.

All in all, I'd have to say that I'm more than satisfied with the way things are going, and eager for more! :cool:

Okay,
firstly HELLO and welcome to MOS I'm glad to have you here.
Next thing, please dont quiet your hanging routine.
Goto the Hanging section and see Stillwantmore's threads on hanging , alot are stuck there.
These will guide you onto safer better hanging you can enjoy.
Hanging reaps MASSIVE length potential so please stick with that.
Finally, dont measure eachday cos oneday you will seem to *shrink* and you'll get de-motivated and get down.
Measure say Once per month or Bi-Monthly [Once every two months] so you know the size IS the size etc.

Hey Red, thanks for the reply, and the encouragement :) Your clamping techniques have really helped me a lot, I know I am getting a lot out of them, so thanks for that, too. Alright, alright, I'll check out that thread and try to get back into hanging ! I do feel like I am getting a lot out of the manual stretches , though; and I try to incorporate some stretches into my girth routine as well (erect and semi-erect stretches ). I just have to find some way to make the hanging less intensely painful...I just couldn't take it. Maybe just have to give it more time, or try to build up my time and weight more slowly (i was only doing 5 lbs. but 3 15-20 minute sessions...maybe i'll just do one session for now til I get more used to it? I don't know, but I'll take your advice and play around with it some more. I'm not going to measure until sometime in July, when I 've been at this routine for about 6 weeks. Then maybe once a month or so after that.
