How long should they last? 10 minutes? 20? I find that anything after 20 minutes of cock stretching feels like too much and doing more harm than good.

Also, even if you stretch for 30 minutes a day, how could your results possibly compare to that of hangers, who can stretch (hang) for hours on end?

I feel as if I'm at a loss. I'll be manually stretching for life unless I build a hanger since I'm no longer welcome at 🙈's, and probably wouldn't be sold a hanger . Oh well.

I agree I dont really do more than 20 minutes and have gained alot through length . I feel the same as you if I do more it feels like I over did it .

I do about 20 minutes or so for length , I was surprised my routine didn't take more time than this when I did it, but oh well. Girth is another story.

I do 30 min's of squat and downward stretching and it seems fine. Im sore after the workout but not in pain. I also follow the workout with 250 wet jelqs just to make sure.

I stretch down for 10 minutes, warm up again for 5, then do bundled A stretches for 5. That makes 15-20 minutes (depending on how you count it). I've gained well, as you can see. Been doing that routine for two weeks, and gained 1/8" :)

My stretch session averages 90 minutes a day broken up into many sets.

No need to worry about not getting a BIB hanger through 🙈. If ya like ,pm me and i'll give ya his address and you can order it that way. To be honest I made MUCH better gains with manual routine before I started hanging . Most of my routine is now manual again as my finger has almost completely healed up.

Most days are 6 sessions of 15 minutes. Some days are 2 hours with 5 min break every 20-30 min.
