When I first began Penis Enlargement a couple of years back, I focused exclusively on girth only. I performed basic jelq exercises. After the only 1 week of commencing Penis Enlargement, I stopped for a long enough period of time to see if I had achieved any lasting gains. To my surprise I increased a permanent 1/8"!

Shortly thereafter, there were 2 other separate periods of time in which I jelqed (2 weeks max. was all). Again, I increased a Penis EnlargementRMANENT 1/8", and 1/4" respectively. I was blown away by these dramatic results achieved in such a short time frame. ( starting size = 5 and 3/4", now= 6 and 1/4")

Anyhow, for one reason or another, I stopped for a good period of time, but just recently picked back up where I left off. This time I engaged in a hardcore jelqing routine, including erect cock bends and super jelq squeezes, that lasted for 1 month. To my dismay, THIS time there was no lasting gain. The ironic thing is that I worked much harder and intense at it than ever before, but this time....NOTHING.

Now I've read quite a bit regarding plateaus, and the fact that the tunica responds to the stresses placed on it by rebuilding itself stronger and stronger each time, thus limiting gains. I will reiterate though, that I had that fact in mind this time around and really applied much more intensity than in the past.

DLD, I would really appreciate your input on this matter regarding the science of it and would I must do to overcome this plateau....

Thanks

I think many men, no matter how light the training is, will make initial gains. In some case up to an inch right away. After this so called "honeymoon" is over gains do start to slow and to our dismay even a more hardcore workout will not bring immediate results. This is when I think you should put yourself on a three month program and closely chart your gains. You can chart your gains daily by measuring bone pressed flaccid stretched. This will give you almost immediate data on the routine and if it is working for you. I am not sure what your routine is but I would be curious to know. If you go 2 weeks with no gain in FBPS then you need to revise the routine. If you are seeing gains in FBPS refrain from measuring erect bone pressed until you have gone three months on that particular program. At this point you can decide if you want to continue to milk this particular workout for more gains or make some revisions. My workout has only really changed 4 times throughout my 3 years but each change in routine came with a plateau and a more aggressive workout was executed to jump start new gains.

DLD, thanks for your reply...

In answer to your quesion, the routine I had then, when I first started, and now have been basically the same -- jelqing . I haven't in the past or even now incorporated any length exercises. I'm already 8" BPenis EnlargementL so length isn't really a concern for me at this point, but will more than likely go at it later on down the road.

Anyway, my starting routine back then was as follows:

5 min. hotwrap
200-300 wet jelqs
post - hotwrap

Once a day for 1 week = 1/8" gain in girth
2x/day for 2 weeks = 1/4" gain in girth

My most recent routine ..

300 wet jelqs
50-100 superjelqs
10 sets of erect cock bends (all directions)

Sessions were once a day for 1 month ( I had been skipping on the before and after hotwraps) . I made no permanent gains.

I feel it important to note that in my beginning days, there would be sessions where I'd go all out ,ballooning my penis from 5 and 3/4" around(midshaft) to 8" around. But now with the current routine, even with all the intensity I could muster, would be lucky to get it to expand to between 7 - 71/2 inches.

My greatest gains came when, for a 2 week period of time, I jelqed approx. every 8 hours vs. just once a day.

I've thought a lot about it, and here's what I think... jelqing expands the tunica causing tears or "gaps" in the tissue. I believe that if you do not jelq frequently enough to keep the tunica in its expanded state and you let it shrink back, then these "gaps" close back up, not allowing the time needed for these tears/gaps to be filled in with new tissue.

I guess this would explain why I was most successful with a consistent every- 8 hour routine vs. once a day.
