Great theread- great it's not that easily forgotten. I've been keeping my eyes off this thread, but damn it is awesome!

Super- It is very true that unlike length, girth requires longer rest periods. How do you feel now compared to before? I mean- do you feel like 3 times is better than 5 (for gaining of course)? I saw you (or someone else maybe- can't remember) post on some thread that once you stopped doing girth (overall Penis Enlargement) you started gaining just because of the extra rest you proveded to your penis?

And, of course- the more intense the session-the longer the rest should be! (for the ones that are currently reading this thread :)).

Totally - I actually was doing less girth work because of the damage to the left side of my shaft. I don't know it is the skin or something underneath but I have taken a lot of time off because of it and just decided to work around it. Doing girth work every other day keeps it from being effected and I am not doing anything too intense at the moment .. just bundled stretches and penomet. But when I do go intense again I will do this exercise.
 
I just started clamping and I am already getting positive pi's....I think I will be incorporating these into my routine.i think the top visible width is more appealing to the eyes of many woman.O yea bump!!!!

This is an outstanding exercise for width-girth. In fact I would opt for this over my Frendos (Latin for crushers) as its easier to setup and more enjoyable from what I remember. The Frendos is more advanced, but that doesn't mean this is less effective. Frendos was designed for longer held expansion in said engorged larger state. These are not holding in place the expansion, your dynamically exercising like you would do when jelqing is carried out.

From what I remember, the inventor of this exercise - Aftertheshock - who I knew back in 2003 on older sites like this has since died. Can't confirm 100% but it was like 8 years ago when that news went around.

Give these a shot. Any sensible-sized rolling pin and plenty of lube on a hard surface.

Excellent Exercise Indeed! I have a feeling there is going po be a lot of bumping going on! :)
