I worked up to 173 in a row, but have fallen off since then. I can do about 113 now. I can get 25 one-armers, though, and I can do 2 one-arm pull-ups with each arm.

WTF! I can do about 24 in a row without stopping max! How can you do so many? I just collapse if i try it one handed. Maybe I should start doing them more often.

You're right, 24 is a pretty little number. I consider 50 to be a realistic goal.

shit man! I don't think any of my friends can do 50 press ups without stopping. Very few of them anyway.

You are going to quickly get that number up, if you are semi serious about training... it took me 2 months to get from hardly 20 up to 55.

Even though a big number is impressive, try to do the kind of push ups that are so tough you can't make more than 5. Example, putting your legs higher, or doing a one hand push up, but arm on a desk, legs on the floor.

Your strenght will drastically grow, I swear LMAO.

Regular push ups will also be far more easy.
