When clamped, is it really neccessary to jelq or bend or squeeze?

Isn't keeping yourself in the clamp under pressure for a set period of time enough to achieve a girth increase?

You might increase some, but not nearly as much as you would if you did the exercises.

course ya can gain from just a standard/normal constrictor, I HAVE.....the other exercises add variety and further enhance peeps clamp work ... do ya fav's in the clamp and I BELIVE in many cases makes the exercise MORE powerful than if it was done without the clamp on, you work with more blood [more putty] to build and shape so to speak.

I think it's just the total amount of time spent under pressure is what counts.

The longer you stay at an increased girth (total time spent, not counting breaks), I think the more of a chance you'd have of keeping some of it.

Any kind of squeezing just seems to put too much pressure on the area around the clamp.

But I think the squeezing and such really forces the tunica to stretch outward even more, resulting in more of a size increase.

Well, I guess as long as you have a heat source handy and used caution you shouldn't pop your dick open. Wearing a clamp is enough pressure on it's own to increase girth over time. Adding more pressure is very taxing on the cock.

I've done bends and horse squeezes while clamped and I didn't notice any faster growth from it. I tried jelqing too with the clamp and it felt like something I shouldn't do.

I think the real key is time under pressure. Like for instance, doing 4 or 5 sets of 15 minutes. If you count breaks in between, that's almost 2 hours of Penis Enlargement!

When it comes to clamping, I believe the tortoise wins the race.

Perhaps a clamp workout on one day and a jelq w/ hand squeezes on the next day would be a good recipe for gains. That's what I'm trying these days.

Whenever I think of Extreme Ulies with clamps, I think of Bib . I asked him on a few occassions if he ever squeezed or jelqed while clamped and he said no. He said something like, "You have to just let it work"... and it will. I know that Bib isn't the only guy in the world who has gained from clamping, but what he says makes sense.

I was gaining alright just leaving my dick alone in clamp without touching it. You just gotta do a lot of sets. Maybe adding squeezes and bends can cut that time down a little. I'll fuck around with it and see what happens.

Also, I thought that people actually DID gain from pumping . They'd use a low pressure for an extended duration or something, right? That's how they made gains.

Yeah I think some people do gain from pumping . Stunna has gained some girth from it I believe and I have a friend who *claims* he's gained 1.5" in permanent length from using a length tube over several years.

I have gained from doing such exercise, I WOULD NEVER place a DANGEROUS exercise in ANY guide endorsed by me, i.e. the constricter guide.
Sure its taxing on ya cock, but thats the key.

You can GROW GREAT from normal standard constrictors, sure ..... but why just do that ONE standard exercise, do wotcha love like jelqs, bends ... while in the clamp the penis is stretched more at maximum engorgement , this equals a better stretch in my books.

I am seeing flaccid length shoot up now from the bends ... at the end of the day, Constrictor exercises are amongst the MOST intense stuff ya can do on ones penis .... if you dont like summut than by all means dont try it or continue with it.

Also the wet jelq constricted, I myself have fealt IMMENSE power with that .... I mean its like X100 more better than a standard shitty jelq ... ya dont worry about erections fadeing, its works with more blood ... if done wrong than yes ya FUCKED ... I say this in the guide.
Use common sense and you'll be fine ... also Still and ItsElectric also LOVE constricted wet jelqing, I mean I see this rubbing off and becoming populer....its a VERY powerful tool.

By "taxing" I mean that ya need some rest if you're doing these... it would be hard to do stuff like that every day and expect your dick to do it's thing.

I'll give it another try tonight.

Yeah I definitely have to have a rest day between my girth days so I do girth every other day. After a girth workout I usually can't get erect for a couple of hours.

RED, I may have to try that clamped wet jelqing. I used to love jelqing and now I miss it. Sounds like fun!

Just finished 5 sets of 15 minutes...clamped. I did one minute horse squeezes a bunch of times during each set, and damn what a pump .

I think this is my new routine for a while.
