Acer -- I've used it for some straggly hairs on my back (not very many of them but they grew kind of long). It works fine. But I caution you about 2 things: (1) if you have a lot of chest hair it will hurt, for sure; (2) it is very sticky -- kind of like using honey so it could make a mess.
