Anyone ever gotten a thrombosed vien from manual stretching??

I'm thinking I may have one. It seems to resemble one. I have what feels like a sort of a "lump" that starts near the base of my penis on top and left of the center as I look down on it. Feels like it is approximately 2" long and has a few small (maybe 1/8") bumps on it. It does not hurt and while it resembles thrombosed viens that I have had in the past...I am puzzled because I have not done any girth work and have only gotten thrombosed viens from girth work, not stretching. Other notes, it is maybe 1/8" wide, is smooth for about the first 1/4" then, has a small bump, some smooth area for a little more, then another bump, smooth again ...about 4 total of these small bumps pretty close to each other then, the rest of it is smooth. I'm not really worried about it and am not going to stop stretching because of it. Theres no pain and I know it's not anything serious. I was just wondering if anyone else has seen anything like this after a lot of intense manual stretching. I've done a lot of hanging in the past and never had this before. I thought maybe I could have irritated a ligament or other similar fiber/tissue and maybe it is not a vien at all??

Still, send me a picture if you can. If it does not hurt I would not be too worried. You have been doing allot of new stuff letely and it may be because of that.

It would not show up in a pic or I would man. It's just one of those things you can only feel through the skin. Youre right, I have been doing a lot of newer stuff lately. I'll just keep an eye on it.

Still,

I have had a boatload of thrombosed veins. Mine were completely hard for up to an inch but I noticed as they healed they became very bumpy as you describe. You probably have a fairly minor case since mine took several weeks to get to the bumpy stage.

What i did, based on a recommendation from some dude on other forum, is to let it heal for a while (don't know how long this is for you, for me it was several weeks), and then start doing light jelqs. It seemed like the jelqs actually sped up the healing process. I believe mine took 4 to 6 weeks to heal but again mine were severe and I had lots of them. Once I got to the bumpy stage I knew healing was in process and I resumed light training.

It is strange that you got this from length work because when I got mine, I abandoned girth work and switched to length while they were healing. You should be able to do stretches since thrombosed veins are either from insufficient blood flow or trauma to the vein.

By the way, I got mine from wearing a constrictor underneath pants. I think the constrictor was too tight and that combined with being restricted in movement by pants was too much.

Hmmm, I never got a thrombosed vein from stretching, as I only ever got one doing some DLD Bends. It could still be one though, I suppose.

And DLD, do you seriously think SMW would send you a pic of it? I mean, SWM is pretty reserved when it comes to seeing part of all of him naked. Oh wait, nevermind, this is SMW we are talking about here, heh. :)

In any case SMW, hope it gets better soon if it's a thrombosed vein. Just don't go nuts and make it worse or anything.

Still, I have to agree with you that is probablya thrombolized vein. Veins have valves throughout the length of it to help prevent backflow. by your description of the bumps these are the valves. Ligament tears generally do not present that way. If you tear a ligament, there would be pain.

Yeah i got a Throbosed Vien from DLD Bends its only small about half inch and its hard, ive left Penis Enlargement alone for a few days but i will start Jelqing again now, nothing like a good rest in your Penis Enlargement workouts anyway.

Luckily for me, I've never had anything like this before. I'm just going to continue playing it safe and stick with my length master.

Thrombosis comes from extreme training in girth from mainly clamping for too long or pumping for too long. Thrombosis will set a Brother back about a month. Better to follow SRT and be safe than risk long term injury.
