Anyone else using an "ECA" (Effedrine/Caffiene/Aspirin) stack for fat burning?

If so, what brand of product are you using? Or are you simply buying the supplements separately like some people do and taking them all together? I'm wanting to shed about...I'm guessing here...15...maybe 20lbs of bodyfat...that has gathered around my waistline over the last few years since getting out of the military. I have used fat burners before but only for energy boosts before hitting the gym...not specifically for fat loss.

So, are any of you using an "EFA" stack? I know there are several products out there. I went to GNC and looked through what was available. I thought about buying some Hydroxycut because I know for a fact that it works very well...I've had friends who have used it and witnessed it work for them. BUT, I could not justify nor AFFORD paying $60 a week for the shit. Costs that for a bottle of 70 pills and youre supposed to take 9 a day. Sheesh. So, I picked up a much better deal with a product by a company called Pure Performance, supplement is called "Rapid Thermal Fat Loss Formula". For $35 a 120 pill bottle which gives me a 1 MONTH supply instead of a week, taking the recommended 2 pills twice daily. Effedrine free. It's got herbal substitues for the ephedra. I've also cut way back on my carb intake. Was drinking several sodas a day and eating a lot of bread. I'm Greek! We love breads! LOL. I'm back on my water kick. Drinking 8-10+ glasses a day and pissing clear most of the time now. Feels almost like I'm back in the Marines again!

Can you even get it anymore?

Hydroxycut has been Ephedrine Free for as long as I can remember. Back in 1997, using the real Hydroxycut, I lost 20Lbs of pure fat in onemonth. Never had anything work like that since then. Subsequently, I only got headaches and dizzyness, plus the increased hunger.

Also,now I am Penis Enlargement-ing and on NO2 ;and ECA is not good for either. I think both caffeine and ephedrine shrink your package, at least flaccid hang.

I also did the low carb thing, but I am changing it up. I think Atkins type diet is good for losing weight, but not if you want to be muscular. Your muscles are flattened by lack of glycogen. If I do low carb ever again, it would only be during the week.

I am going back on a sensible diet to see if the NO2 does anything. Instead of low carbs, I'm just eating low glycemic carbs. I am also going back to low fat. Actually, moderate fat (more than fda, but much less than Atkins). Fats from fish, olive oil,etc.

Back to the original question: The only fat burner that has ever worked for me was the real Hydroxycut. I dont think muscletech even makes it anymore, and I'mprobably better off without it.

BTW,Where do you live? Can you get real hydroxycut?

When i used to buy it, it was only $39.99 for 180 pills, or $24.99 for 90, not $60!

Also, Walmart sells hydroxycut for about $14 for 56 pills. Dont take 9 per day. I recommend starting at 4 per day and maxing out at 6.

I get my ECA stacks from bodybuilding.com. I am currently on my second cutting phase. During my first cutting cycle, I lost 15 pounds and dropped 5% body fat.

I've since bulked up and am cutting again. I have lost 5 pounds already in one week. My goal is to get to 8-10% body fat.

If losing fat is your goal, I would highly recommend an ECA stack. However, keep in mind that it affects everyone differently. For me, I did not get the boost of energy that a lot of people report. It did suppress my appetite a lot and it also made me sweat like a pig during my workouts.

Some people consider ECA stacks as cheating... but then again, isn't Penis Enlargement cheating also?

Thats what I'm taking Mikey an herbal ECA. I dont think it's "cheating". Merely using your resources and 'working smarter'.

Im talking about REAl Hydroxycut, not Ephedrine Free. They only make ephedrine free now. Its not the same potency.

Still, you could try a Clen/T3 combo...it's along the lines of what pro bodybuilders use...stout stuff...

Clenbuterol...I assume thats what youre referring to....I have tried that in the past...had a good friend while I was in the Marines in 29 palms who was a workout buddy of mine...he made frequent trips to Mexico for "gear"....didnt like the way it made me feel though. I know it works but, still. What is "T3" though???

I ordered some ephedrine from bodybuilding.com last week. When it gets here, I'll be adding it to the Hydroxycut I started using last week. Hydroxycut is basically ECA, without the E, so I'm adding it back in.

I've taken products with ephedrine in them before and had no bad effects, so I'm not worried about that.

Still, T3 is synthetic thyroid hormone. Combine clen and T3...wow. But I agree, I didn't care for clen either. Gave me terrible headaches.
