Ok recently I've been getting noticeable results from my girth workout. That workout, in a nutshell, is some dry jelqing, ulis, 20-30 minutes of clamping with side bends, downward bends and the occassional compression squeeze. Now, because I have a leftward leaning tendency, I do way more bends to the right than the left. Usually I'd get lots of red spots on the left side, but recently I've got a really encouraging result - during and after the workout, theres a noticeable bulge of cock mass on the left side. If I had a camera I'd take a pic. Basically, you have the clamp, then right above that is the big vein on the left that the clamp forces upwards, then this bulge. Again, it comes as a result of the workout, is very encouraging and it's NOT a tumor lol

So it's a good thing, and I'll do more leftward bends to compensate. My only problem is that right below this area, my base isn't growing because of the clamp constricting it, and that after the growing area, the last inch before the glans is the same as always. How can I get some friggin even distribution, I don't want a completely freaky unit! Aesthetics first, haha. Thanks in advance.

Simply push the clamp as far into the pubic region as you can.

Hanging helps the base ALOT. I think doing more compressions will also help with evening out the girth. Plus there is an exercise dont remember the name of it.

Basically get erect, constrict or not your choice. Then uli on either side(hand on head and hand on shaft closer to base then then part that is lagging) and force more blood into that area.

My base girth suggestions would be to clamp around your whole package, so the clamp isn't actually on your penis, but still keeps blood in your unit. Also, you could do horse squeezes all the way down your shaft until you reach the concave area, without wearing a clamp.
