I get in an hour (about 50 mins) in the morning and usually if not to tired another 50 min session at night. Anybody else do 2 hours, anybody think it's to much?
Anybody on this board do more than that??, anybody......

Once I achieve the length I want, one day I'll most likely do 3 one hour sesions morning/afternoon and evening. Does anybody think this is crazy or does this.

I don't think it is too much...considering it is a split program as well...I used to get at least 4 hours average of pe everyday...which I might change considering my gains are not comming along. I think too much pe could be bad because the penis is over exhausted and not healing.

If you achieved the length you want, why would you do so much pe? Just cement the gains in...A lot of people go for the "feel" and "look" of the penis for a pe session, instead of the time or repetitions spent. If it looks, and feels bigger then good. If it looks the same like you did nothing then you might have wasted your time...Of course everyone is different though so just take this as an my own opinion.

When I start my routine back up in a couple days (taking a month off because I want this discoloration from clamping to go away, and it IS fading :)) I will start off with the newbie routine (possibly modified) as a kicker. There has been a lot of talk on this board of people who have done the newbie routine and have made incredible gains...so..I figure I will give it a shot since Ive never actually done the routine, but one of my own. I think I should stop trying to re-create the wheel and use the one DLD made.
 
Well the 3 hour sessions would be jelqing just for girth. I to just started this girth routine like 20 days ago. I use a clamp and my shaft probably has turned close to black, I just bought a skin bleaching thing from the store and have to apply it morning and night. I think the clamping will outdo the bleach after the bottle is finished, at least to know if it works, I can always pick up some more down the line. I never did the newbie routine either, I got into hanging without any gains and just switched my angels and made some gains, anyway.....

Yes, I might start off with something very similar to that routine. I cannot find my LOT, but I really feel the stretches at the lower angles. Back on topic, for about 3 months or so, I jelqed for about an hour and a half, by the time I was done jelqing my penis was thick and as Samzman would say felt like "play-dough". I gained roughly .5 in girth using this method, no lenght. If I was shooting for mainly girth, I would definetly continue with this method.
 
Two hours never bothered me. During my second, third and fourth months of P.E., following a routine very similar to DLD's newbie one, I put in two hours of jelqing and stretching every day. The results were remarkable.
 
I spent allot of time putting in 2-3 hour sessions in my first few months and my girth was very slow to come. When I switched to a shorter session my girth started to blossom. I guess it is different from man to man. For me, using Slow Squash Jelqs, I only need 20-30 minutes.
 
GF11x7, was the 2 hours, of jelqing or was it including stretches. DLD, I just might add in a 3rd hour of jelqs, possibly starting in 07. This will assure that my penis will not know what the hell is going on and get me a phat " in girth, capow! :) I am started to use this bleach skin treatment and can tell it works, but it's very distusting to see my shaft get so dark, very motor oil color. I never warmed up just go on feel so that probably wouldn't change things to much.....
 
i wouldn't know if 2 hours is too much cause i've never jelqed for more than 20 minutes a day. Girth is coming LIKE HELL but then again, we're all very diferent right?

Not too sure about being different physically, I think the lack of gains or the increase of gains has allot to do with form, intensity, mental belief, motivation and many other possible integers. The penis is a penis, basically a skin sack with blood and tissue. We all have one and they are all made of the same stuff. If a man jelqs his penis for 8 hours a day with bad form or any of the other things I mentioned he may make very minimal gains while another man that spends a half hour with good form may realize much better gains. Yes, some men are born with a genetically bigger penis but size gains, in my opinion, should be relative and equal. Of course I may be wrong:D

That two hours included the stretches. There were days when the session lasted longer.
 
Hell yes...I spend no more than 20 mins jelqing but i do stretch for one or 2 hours in a roll, had to mention that... Besides that specific training i also do the piss stretches that DLD was talking about on another thread, that gives me some more 5 min workouts several times a day...Helped flaccid hang A LOT. I do put quite the mental emphasys on it, i'm very, very intense and allthough i believe BIB's LOT Theory to be well founded, i just go the Mike Salvini way, all directions, all angles, no "missing peaces". That is playing it safe and covers all basis.

Just a quick update, I gained approx. 1/4" maybe slight bit more, since starting (end of this month) 6 months ago, mark. I'm now at 5.5 girth:blush:

At the piont going into my 4th month, I was thinking that by this Summer, I would be happy if I got to 5.5 but I think much of my worries came from overtraining. I was doing 1 hour sessions 2x's daily, I know only do, 25-30 minute sessions tops. I still think of slim, but I will continue to evaluate from some time from know.

I am not sure that things will pick up faster now that I have gained vs. my newbie months into this girth challange, but I will certainly feel better at
5.75" and then to 6+ and all away to ( 7? )

Anywayz hope, anyone can enjoy this update, for their own motivation to reful, or continue.

PS my discoloration, went away, I must have been also from overtraining.

the newbie routine is unbelievable fam. im one to vouch for it. dont get frustrated when gains come slow on it, they eventually do come. I was always stubborn bout moving onto phase 2, but i looked at the past 4 months and said fuck this, i got more potential. Trust me , take your time, itll come and dont force nothing!
