That is a quality tool. Some time and patience is needed, but that stands for most PE tools anyhow.
The regular cable clamps (I only know the Cable Clamp brand) can work, I've used them in the past. I don't like the clicking sound of them, otherwise it's a reasonable option, although you can't dial it as precisely as hanger clamp.
Remember to approach clamping with patience. I suggest reading SWM's tutorial about using his clamp, it holds value even if you use Cable Clamp. (Clampclampclamp, now the word rings in my head. :D )

I just bought a medium size wraptor clamp and it seems kinda big like maybe to big
Doesn't the handle (according to the pictures I checked regarding Wraptor clamp) get in the way?

I've personally used the medium sized cable clamps and those are OK, no experience about Wraptors. Remember to use good amount of padding when clamping DieselHead!

Yea for the guy sticking his toe in the water, a cable clamp is the way to go. They are about $2.00 at home depot. They do break easily though.

I know it's a great device and it kind of had me butt hurt for a while after I released it with all the money....literally several thousand dollars spent in R&D that it did not become a more popular device. Like my hanger, I keep the price where it is, so there's no excuse not to buy it. I plan to sell them until I run out of parts. Probably until next year at the rate I'm going.

Is this true the more you clamp do you get greater expansion with each session after each session

Didn't redzulu have a vice guide, search for that. Read read read before you try. Get cable clamps or cable cuff pro's (same thing just different company, actually prefer the design of the cable cuff better. Start slow
