anyone a memeber of bodybuilding.com here ????
i wanted to get started with body building and wanted to join that forum ....is it good forum ???
 
I joined but all the information can be easily acquired by reading the threads and articles. Most is just self explanatory. I learned so much just through common sense. Gets on my nerves when people ask the same thing over and over but can't read the first page of a thread. Biggest reason I refrain from making threads lol. I use bodybuilding.com mostly to buy supplements. I just ordered the 3 for 1 deal for non stimulant pills and some bcaa's. Gonna start on my new regiment soon.
 
Mens of the members here came from that site because we are featured there. I also did an extensive interview with one of the webmaster that they put out. They agreed that the cross over of PE with BB made a lot of sense. Body modification is body modification any way you slice it.
 
i meant is the forum active cuz i saw that the threads do not have any replies anymore or maximum of 8 ppl reply to a thread.......


and ya your right the first page of thread has it all.....
 
Most people end up going their own route anyways, some don't follow through with it or just disappear. Kind of like here lol. Just follow along the articles on bodybuilding.com and be careful with your routine. You'll eventually figure out what your body is able to handle. Just be smart and gain, in body and penis.
 
can someone please tell me some links there on site to read on nutrition and everything that is important in body building ???
some links on getting lean body too
 
You can search from internet. For getting more detailed about bodybuilding and some bodybuilding exercises contact with me.

Just go to the home page and they have a section for "articles" and look for nutrition and exercise ones. They have plenty and you should read as many as you can. Not one article is the best but if you combine them all, you'll see things for what they really are. Make your mind stronger before your body.

While your reading articles, just do body weight exercises like push ups, squats, lunges, etc. Get a bar to hang on your door to do pull ups. This will get your body ready for all the weight you'll be pushing when your ready. For me, I built my body with good muscles, then I stopped because it was becoming to much of a chore to eat, sleep and maintain all that. Now, I just do body weight exercises and stay tone showing off the muscle I've already accumulated. I maintain a diet, not to healthy lol, but to keep the fat off. I exercise daily since I've gotten used to it. I lost 40lbs in 2 months and I just love a toned body, whether male of female. I love women just to clarify lol, but I appreciate the commitment for men to get their body the way they like. Your gonna do good, just don't give up alright.

Thanks for this, I will pay them another visit and read through the articles...maybe it will help me with my weight loss.
 
I believe, even if it didn't help, it'll give you the knowledge to help later. I lost weight quicker and gained muscle faster this time around than any other time I have. I'm only 30 and have a long way to go with so much to learn, so I refuse to stop because it'll only make me weak. Why refuse to become stronger, smarter or faster? Only you can decide, that's where your determination comes in. It'll only make you better.

DLD, refuse to quit, you've already started to change your body, so keep it going. Your only helping yourself. Well, yourself and the brotherhood. Keep fighting.

I am getting so close to quitting. I gained two more fucking pounds this week and my shorts are now not fitting me so my waist has increased. I am not sure what else to do here but starve myself.
 
Never starve yourself. Your body realizes it and then feasts upon the muscle you have. Then, when you do eat, it saves all the fat and carbs to be turned into fat and uses the protein.

What's probably happening is your body is building muscle that it lost before and now wants to return it. Google "muscle memory", same concept as when you're penis returns to its extended state when starting pe again. Your genes are set and that's where your body wants to be. It's your mind and soul that controls your body now.

I don't worry about scales, you should have a fat pinch done. That should tell you if you lost fat and gained muscle. Usually to see abs, you need to be around 10% body fat. 15% tends to be a good number because your not spending your life watching what you eat.

Just don't stop. You'll eventually see the fat going away and your muscles showing more. Never quit Boss Man.

I won't, I was just blowing off some steam but what you are saying makes a lot of sense. My shoulders, arms and back are getting really big and ripped. My stomach has no fat at all on the outside, you can see all my abs, all the fat is under my abs. I will work even harder at this and I will take your advice to heart on starving myself.

trust me u wanna check out the insantiy asylum workout ......i have been doing this,...for a week now and i feel nice and thin..the best thing is the guy Shan T motivates you like crazy.......

u will have to buy it i guess...or look for a free version somewhere if you can find.....

its fucking insane and motivational as hell........different workout evryday targeting differetn body parts...

That forum is pure CANCER.Don't join that.Yes,on fitness/bodybuilding level they are good,but 95 % of the users are assholes and douchebags...browing that forum about a week ago and saw a thread about jelqing..some user was asking if anyone tried jelqing and shit...literally 95 % of the answer were : " youre gonna lose your dick bro " , " lol 5 inch guy trying to get his dick bigger " , " log out small dick " , " no penis enlargment is not possible " . If you look for fitness / bodybuilding infomation go for it..if you look for a nice forum to hang out with chill dudes and share things,don't.
