ok i am about 6 " now in length and i would say about 5 and a half in girth . being a new comer what should i do first lenth or girth work outs . and what is the best lenth work out ?

much thanks to ya ,,,,well i better get to work!
any other advice ,,,, hint ,tips tricks....lol how long do you think before i should notice a dif,,,,,o ya would a pump be good to throw into the work out ?
